Ռուսաստանաբնակ հայտնի դիմահարդար Գոհար Ավետիսյանը Instagram-ի իր 3 միլիոնից ավելի բաժանորդներին ցույց է տվել, թե որքան է նիհարել։ Միկրոբոլգում հրապարակած տեսանյութը Գոհարն ուղեկցել է անկեղծ խոստովանությամբ.
«Ընդամենը վեց ամիս առաջ ես ատում էի ինձ. իմ քաշն այդ ժամանակ հասել էր 131 կիլոգրամի։ Հարսանիքից առաջ նիհարելու փոխարեն ես գիրացա, իսկ դրանից հետո՝ ավելի քան երկու անգամ գիրացա։ Ամեն օր ես ինձ ավելի ուժգին էի ատում, իսկ նիհարելու բոլոր փորձերը բերում էին ավելի մեծ պոռթկումների եւ քաշի ավելացման։ Ես հասկացա, որ կախվածություն ունեմ իմ քաշից եւ օգնության կարիք ունեմ։ Ինձ օգնության հասավ իմ ամուսինը։ Մենք խոսեցինք, ես ասացի նրան, որ այլեւս այսպես չեմ կարող»։
Գոհարը պատմել է նաեւ, թե ինչպես են ինքն ու ամուսինը որոշել առողջ սննդակարգի հետեւել. «Մենք որոշեցինք ոչ մի տեղ հյուր չգնալ, չմասնակցել ընկերական հավաքույթների։ Հիմա ես 105 կիլոգրամ եմ կշռում։ Գիտեմ, ուրախանալը դեռ վաղ է։ Բայց իմ անկեղծ բացահայտումները կօգնեն այլ կանանց սիրել սեփական անձը եւ աշխատել իրենց վրա»։
