Ադրբեջանում ՌԴ դեսպանությունը պատրաստ է օժանդակել Լապշինի արտահանձնմանը

Ադրբեջանում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեսպանությունը պատրաստ է աջակցել երեք տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին, եթե վերջինս նման հարցով դիմի իրենց: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ին ասել է դեսպանության մամուլի հարցերով կցորդ Դենիս Ապաշկինը:
«Դեսպանությունը կապի մեջ է Լապշինի փաստաբանի և նրա բարեկամների հետ: Իրավունք չենք վերապահում մեկնաբանել ադրբեջանական դատարանի որոշումը: Դեսպանությունն իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում հետագայում էլ մասնակցելու է Լապշինի իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը»,- ասել է Ապաշկինը:
Մեկնաբանելով Լապշինի հնարավոր արտահանձնման հարցը՝ նա հիշեցրել է, որ ՌԴ և Ադրբեջանի միջև կնքվել է դատապարտյալների փոխանցման պայմանագիր, որը ենթադրում է, որ այդ անձինք պետք է պատիժ կրեն այն երկրում, որի քաղաքացի են հանդիսանում: «Եթե Լապշինը ցանկանա օգտվել այդ հնարավորությունից, դեսպանությունը կցուցաբերի ամբողջ անհրաժեշտ օգնությունը»,- հայտարարել է նա:
Ծանր հանցագործությունները քննող Բաքվի դատարանում հուլիսի 20-ին հրապարակվել է ՌԴ և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի գործով դատավճիռը:Դատարանը բլոգերին դատապարտել է երեք տարվա ազատազրկման:
Լապշինի դեմ դատական գործ էր հարուցվել Ադրբեջանի ՔՕ 281.2 (երկրի դեմ ուղղված հրապարակային կոչեր) և 318 (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանի անօրինական հատում) հոդվածներով: 281.2-րդ հոդվածով Լապշինի մեղադրանքն ապացուցող բավարար փաստեր չեն հայտնաբերվել: Բլոգերը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել միայն պետական սահմանի անօրինակ
Հուլիսի 19-ին կայացած դատական նիստի ժամանակ Լապշինը, օգտվելով վերջին խոսքի իր իրավունքից, հայտարարել էր, որ չի ընդունում իր դեմ ներկայացված մեղադրանքները:
