ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը ներկայացրել է նորանշանակ դատախազներին

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը նախորդ օրերին իրավապահ մարմինների համապատասխան տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություններ է անցկացրել ՀՀ Արարատի, Կոտայքի և Լուռու մարզերի, ինչպես նաև Երևան քաղաքի համապատասխան վարչական շրջանների դատախազություններում՝ ներկայացնելով  հուլիսի 20-ի իր հրամանագրերով նշանակված նոր դատախազներին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը շնորհավորել է նշված մարզերի և Երևանի վարչական շրջանների նորանշանակ դատախազներին և տեղերում տվել հանցագործությունների կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ իրավապահ մյուս մարմինների հետ համագործակցված աշխատանքների ակտիվացմանը, մինչդատական վարույթում գործերի քննության լրիվության, օբյեկտիվության, բազմակողմանիության ապահովման նկատմամբ հսկողության որակի բարելավմանն ուղղված կոնկրետ հանձնարարականներ:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը շեշտել է հատկապես նախաքննության և հետաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ դատախազական հսկողության իրականացման, ինչպես նաև մեղադրանքի պաշտպանության հետ կապված գործառույթներն իրականացնելիս ՀՀ դատախազության կոլեգիայի որոշումներից բխած հանձնարարականներով առաջնորդվելու, օրենքի առջև բոլորի հավասարության և հանցագործությանը համարժեք պատժի անխուսափելիության համոզմունքի ձևավորմամբ դատախազության նկատմամբ հանրային վստահության բարձրացման անհրաժշտությունը:   

Լոռու մարզի դատախազությունում կայացած խորհրդակցությանը, որին մասնակցել է նաև Լոռու մարզպետ Արթուր Նալբանդյանը, Արթուր Դավթյանը տեղի իրավապահ մարմինների ուշադրությունն է հրավիրել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում վերջերս կայացած քննարկման արդյունքներով ապօրինի անտառահատումների կանխարգելման, կատարված հանցագործությունների բացահայտման հարցում հետևողականություն հանդես բերելու,  քրեական գործերով նախաքննության արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու, ինչպես նաև պետությանը պատճառված վնասի վերականգնման ուղղությամբ տրված հանձնարարականների անվերապահ կատարման անհրաժեշտության վրա:   

ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազ Վահե Հարությունյանն իր հերթին տեղերում ներկայացրել է ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազության Երևանի, Եղեգնաձորի և Լոռու կայազորների նորանշանակ զինվորական դատախազներին:

ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազը առանձնացրել է քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական մարմինների հետ սերտ համագործակցությամբ առաջին հերթին զինծառայողների միջև կանոնադրային փոխահարաբերությունների պահպանման, ծառայողական պարտականությունների կատարումից խուսափելու կամ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելու անցանկալի հետևանքների շուրջ բացատրական աշխատանքների միջոցով հանցագործությունների կանխարգելման գերխնդիրը: Նա կարևորել է օպերատիվ աշխատանքների արդյունավետության բարձրացումը, ինչպես նաև նախաքննության ընթացքում քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների անհարկի հապաղումներ թույլ չտալու նպատակով դատախազական ներգործության մեխանիզմների գործադրումը:
