ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարեւոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում ձեռնարկվող  անհրաժեշտ  քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում  պարզվել է  «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ում կալանավորի նկատմամբ կատարված  սպանության փորձին մասնակցություն ունեցող անձանց շրջանակը, հստակեցվել նրանց գործողությունները։ Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 3 դատապարտյալի:

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ  2017թ. մարտի 25-ին «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պահվող կալանավորի նկատմամբ իրականացվել է սպանության փորձ:

Նախնական քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝  սպանության փորձն իրականացվել է  նույն ՔԿՀ-ում գտնվող դատապարտյալների  կողմից։ 

Այսպես՝ քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ  դեպքի օրը «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ի աշխատակից ավագ սերժանտը  նույն հիմնարկի 4-րդ տեղամասում հերթափոխային ծառայություն իրականացնելիս կազմակերպել է դատապարտյալների եւ կալանավորված անձանց՝ օրենքով սահմանված զբոսանքը։ Նախատեսված ժամանակը լրանալուց հետո վերադառնալիս՝ դատապարտյալներից մեկը  մուտք է գործել ՔԿՀ անվտանգության ապահովման բաժնի աշխատակցի աշխատասենյակ, բռնություն գործադրել նրա նկատմամբ, հափշտակել բանալիներն ու շտապել դեպի այն խուցը, որտեղ պահվում է կալանավոր Մ.Հարությունյանը։ Ապա՝ բացել է խցի դուռը եւ հարձակվել այնտեղ միայնակ գտնվող կալանավորի վրա, բռնություն գործադրել նրա նկատմամբ, կտրող-ծակող առարկայով հարվածել նրա մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Քննությամբ նաեւ բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ անվտանգության ապահովման բաժնի աշխատակցի նկատմամբ կիրառված բռնությանը մասնակից են եղել նաեւ նույն քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի երկու այլ դատապարտյալներ՝ սահմանափակելով նրա շարժումները, սակայն աշխատակցին հաջողվել է ազատվել նրանցից եւ շտապել դեպի կալանավորի խուց՝ այլ անձանց հետ միասին վնասազերծելով կալանավորի նկատմամբ ոտնձգություն իրականացրած դատապարտյալին։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 3 դատապարտյալի. նրանցից մեկին՝  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի եւ 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, իսկ նույն ՔԿՀ-ի մյուս երկու դատապարտյալին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի եւ 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Նշենք, որ  «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ի կալանավոր Մ.Հարությունյանը, ում նկատմամբ իրականացվել է սպանության փորձը, մեղադրվում է 2017 թվականի հունվարի 7-ին տեղի ունեցած  Հայկ Հակոբյանի սպանության  մեջ: Անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով՝  մեղադրյալ Մ.Հարությունյանը տեղափոխվել է այլ ՔԿՀ։
