«Երկիր Ծիրանի» կուսակցության նախագահ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանն անօրինական է որակում իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատանքը՝ կապված ՊՊԾ գնդի զինված զավթման մեջ մեղադրվող կալանավորված անձանց և ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների միջև տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի հետ: Նա «Ազատություն» ՌԿ-ի հետ զրույցում նկատեց, որ մինչև այսօր գործով մեղադրյալներ չեն ներգրավել, թեև ծեծի ենթարկվածները իրենց նկատմամբ բռնություն կատարածներին մատնացույց են արել:
«Բացի այն, որ պետք է գործում մեղադրյալներ ներգրավեին, այլև այդ մեղադրյալները պետք է մեկուսացվեին հասարակությունից, քանի որ վտանգավոր մարդիկ են: Սակայն չի արվում, ինչը ցույց է տալիս, որ պետությունը խրախուսում է բռնությունը: Կա մի իրավունք, որն ամբողջ աշխարհն ընդունում է, հարգում է, այդ իրավունքը բացարձակ է, դա մարդուն խոշտանգման չենթարկելն ու նրա նկատմամբ անմարդկային չվերաբերելն է: Փաստորեն՝ մենք հիմա տեսնում են այդ իրավունքի ոտնահարումը հենց դատարանի շենքում»,- ասաց նա:
Փոստանջյանի գնահատմամբ՝ տուժած քաղաքացիներն, անպայման, պետք է դիմեն Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան: Վերջնիս նաև կարծում է, թե ՊՊԾ գնդի զինված զավթման գործը վարող դատավորն իրավունք չունի սանկցիա կիրառել մեղադրական կողմը ներկայացնող փաստաբանների նկատմամբ, որոնք հրաժարվում են առանց իրենց պաշտպանյալների մասնակցել դատավարության:
«Սա խոսում է այն մասին, որ դատարան իրականում դատարան չէ, այլ որոշակի ֆունկցիաներ կատարող մարմին է վերածվել: Դատարանը դարձել է պատժիչ մարմին, այլ ոչ թե արդարադատություն իրականացնող:
«Ակնհայտ է, որ դատավարություն տեղի չի ունենում, ակնհայտ է, որ մենք հիմա գտնվում են բավականին ճգնաժամային վիճակում, ինչը քաղաքական է, այլ ոչ թե իրավական: Չեմ կարծում, որ ապագան հեշտ ու դյուրին է լինելու, քանի որ այս ամենը տանում է դեպի պայթյուն»,- շարունակեց Փոստանջյանը:
