Պատրաստվում ենք դիմել Սահմանադրական դատարան՝ Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի ընդունած օրինագիծը չեղարկելու համար. Սելինա Դողան

Թուրքիայի Մեջլիսի հայազգի պատգամավոր Սելինե Դողանն անընդունելի է համարում խորհրդարանի կողմից ընդունված ներքին կանոնակարգ օրենքի փոփոխությունները, որոնցով՝ արգելվում էխորհրդարանում օգտագործել Հայոց ցեղասպանություն, ինչպես նաև՝ Քուրդիստան կամ քրդական շրջաններ արտահայտությունները:
«Ես կարծում եմ, որ այդ օրինագծի ընդունումը պետք է չեղարկվի: Եվ մեր կուսակցությունը պատրաստվում է այն չեղարկելու համար դիմել Թուրքիայի սահմանադրական դատարան»,- ասաց նա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Թուրքիայի իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» և կոալիցիոն «Ազգային շարժում» կուսակցությունները խորհրդարանին էին առաջարկել օրենսդրական փաթեթ, որտեղ տեղ է գտել նաև «Թուրք ժողովրդի պատմությունն ու Թուրքիայում ապրող ժողովուրդների ընդհանուր անցյալը վիրավորելու և մեղադրանքներ ներկայացնելու» պարագայում պատգամավորների՝ նիստերից ժամանակավոր հեռացման ու աշխատավարձից 12 հազ. թուրքական լիրայի չափով պահման մասին առաջարկը։
Նշենք, որ օրինագծին դեմ էին նաև քեմալական Ժողովրդահանրապետական ընդդիմադիր և քրդամետ Ժողովրդադեմոկրատական կուսակցությունները: Ժողովրդադեմոկրատական կուսակցության հայազգի պատգամավոր Սելինա Դողանն ասել էր, թե խորհրդարանում փորձ է արվում լռեցնել ազգային փոքրամասնությունների ձայնը:
«Եթե ցեղասպանության մասին խոսողները պետք է պատժվեն Թուրքիայի անցյալը վիրավորելու համար, ապա ինչո՞ւ չպետք է պատժվեն նույն ամբիոնից հայերին վիրավորողները»,- ասել էր նա՝ Թուրքիայի իշխանություններին մեղադրելով ազգային և կրոնական ատելություն սերմանելու մեջ:
Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում Սելինա Դողանը նորից պնդեց՝ հասարակության և ոչ մի հատվածի չպետք է վիրավորել խորհրդարանում:
Նա նշեց, որ օրինագծի չեղարկման պայքարին մասնակցող Ժողովրդամեմոկրատական կուսակցության հետ այդ հարցում համախմբելու խնդիր չկա․ կուսակցություններից յուրաքանչյուրն առանձին հնարավոր ամեն ինչ անում է, որ այն չեղարկվի: «Այստեղ ամեն մեկն իր գործն ունի»,- ասաց նա:
Հարցին՝ ի՞նչ սպասելիքներ ունեն իրենք սահմանադրական դատարանից, արդյոք հնարավո՞ր է, որ Թուրքիայի նման ավտորիտար երկրի սահմանադրական դատարանը, բավարարի նրանց դիմումը, նա պատասխանեց, որ ակնկալում է, որ իշխող կուսակցությունը կվերանայի իր դիրքորոշումն օրինագծի վերաբերյալ: «Դրա համար ունենք հիմքեր մտածելու: Գիտենք, որ օրինագիծն առաջարկվել է «Ազգային շարժում» ազգայնական կուսակցության կողմից, ոչ թե «Արդարություն և զարգացում»: Ըստ այդմ՝ հույս կա, որ սահմանադրական դատարանը կչեղարկի օրինագծի ընդունումը։ Մենք պետք է ունենանք այդ հույսը»,- ասաց նա:
