ՀՅԴ-ն կարծես թե սկսել է իրեն ապահովագրել

ՀՅԴ հերթական հավաք-ժողովը հանրության համար հասանելի է եղել։ Հանդիպման ժամանակ ՀՅԴ գերագույն մարմնի ներկայացուցիչ Հրանտ Մարգարյանը խոսել է կուսակցության գործունեության ու հետագա քայլերի մասին։ Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաև մարզային կառույցի ներկայացույցիչները։ Ամենաուշագրավն այն է, որ Հրանտ Մարգարյանը մի քանի անգամ կարևորել է կոալիցիայում մնալ-չմնալու կարևորությունն ու ընդգծել, որ ՀՅԴ-ն ինքնանպատակ պաշտոններ չի ուզել։ Իշխող մեծամասնությունը ցանկացել է, իրենք էլ համաձայնել են։
Ընթերցողը կմտածի, որ այստեղ արտառոց ոչինչ չկա, ՀՅԴ-ն ասել է այն, ինչ միշտ է ասել, սակայն մանավանդ այս պարագայում, երբ Հայաստանում կոնկրետ քաղաքական ճահճային տրամադրություն է, ու հասարակության հետաքրքրությունը քաղաքական գործընթացների նկատմամբ անհավանական կերպով ընկել է, շատ կարևոր է, թե այդ հիասթափությունն ինչ կերպ կարող է արտահայտվել։ Նախորդ տարի, օրինակ, ականատես եղանք հուլիսյան դեպքերի ու տեսանք նաև, թե դա ինչի հանգեցրեց։ Մեկ տարի է անցել այդ դեպքերից, բայց ասել, թե մթնոլորտ է փոխվել երկրում, սխալ կլինի։ Հետևաբար, ՀՅԴ-ն իրեն կարծես թե սկսել է ապահովագրել, քանի որ ակնհայտ է արդեն, որ, Կարեն Կարապետյանի գլխավորած կառավարության կազմում լինելով, ակնհայտ խնդիրներ ունի Դաշնակցությունը։ Վարչապետի ու նրանց գետերը նույն հունով չեն գնում, ինչին բազմաթիվ անգամ ականատես ենք եղել կառավարության նիստերի քննարկման ժամանակ։
Դաշնակցությունը միշտ էլ շրջահայաց կուսակցություն է եղել իր լավ ու վատ կողմերով, այսինքն՝ հարցերին մոտեցել է պրագմատիկ ու քաղաքական սակարկությունների հարցում թերևս կարողանում է քամել մաքսիմումը։ Այս պարագայում, ահա, հանրային կերպով կուսակցությունը կարծես թե մեսիջ է ուղղում հանրությանը, որ հերթական կառավարությունը ձախողելու պարագայում մեղքի բաժինը լինելու է վարչապետինը։ Հայտնի է նաև, որ ՀՅԴ-ն ավելի շատ ինտեսիվ համագործակցության ու բանակցության համար ավելի հարմար թեկնածու է համարում ոչ թե Կարեն Կարապետյանին, այլ Սերժ Սարգսյանին։ Իսկ վերջին երկու անձերի միջև ծավալվող հեռակա մենամարտը իշխանության ներսում ավելի ուժեղ լծակներ ունենալու համար նույնպես քիչ թե շատ տեսանելի է, ու չի բացառվում, որ կգա ժամանակ, երբ ՀՅԴ-ն ստիպված կլինի ընտրություն կատարել երկուսի միջև, թեպետ այս պահին ակնհայտ է, որ այդ ընտրությունը Կարապետյանի օգտին չէ։
