Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի գյուղմթերքների տոնավաճառը հուլիսի 29-ին կվերաբացվի

Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի Մաշտոցի պողոտային հարող տարածքում հուլիսի 29-ին կվերաբացվի գյուղատնտեսական մթերքների տոնավաճառը: Հուլիսի 26-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ այս մասին հայտնեց ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը:
«Քանի որ ավելացել են բերքի ծավալները, ինչպես նաև վաճառք իրականացնելու ցանկացողների թիվը, նախարարությունը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հետ համատեղ բացելու է Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի գյուղատնտեսական մթերքի տոնավաճառը»,- նշեց Մակարյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` տոնավաճառում պահպանվելու են նույն կանոնները, որոնք գործում են Կասյան փողոցին կից տոնավաճառում:
«Այսինքն` վրանները, վաճառասեղաններ, կշեռքներ ու սայլակները գյուղացիներին տրամադրվելու են անվճար»,- ասաց Մակարյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ նախարարությունը հունիսի 10-ից գործող Կասյան փողոցին կից տոնավաճառում պարբերաբար մոնիթորինգ է իրականացվում. այնտեղ 70-80 հազար տոննա գյուղմթերք է վաճառվում:
«Գնային առումով տոնավաճառում նմանատիպ վաճառքի այլ կետերից մթերքները 10-15 տոկոս ավելի մատչելի են, քանի որ վաճառքը իրականացնում է հենց գյուղացին, սակայն գյուղացու համար սա ավելի եկամտաբեր է, քան եթե հանձեր իր մթերքը վերամշակող ընկերություններին կամ արտահանողին»,- ասաց Մակարյանը:
Ըստ նախարարի տեղակալի` առևտրային միջնորդների մասնակցությունը տոնավաճառին բացառելու նպատակով կազմակերպիչների կողմից տեղում իրականացվում է վերահսկողություն:
ՀՀ Նախագահի նախաձեռնությամբ 2011 թվականից կազմակերպվող տոնավաճառների համար մասնակցության պայմաններն անփոփոխ են: Մասնակցությունը տոնավաճառին թույլատրվում է միայն գյուղատնտեսության աջակցության մարզային կենտրոնների (ԳԱՄԿ) կողմից տրված համապատասխան տեղեկանքների առկայության դեպքում, որոնք հավաստում են, որ վաճառքի ներկայացվող ապրանքը հանդիսանում է տվյալ մասնակցի սեփական արտադրանքը:
