ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելու եղանակով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով յուրացում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ «Շիրակ» օդանավակայանի թռիչքուղում տեղադրելու նպատակով  2016թ. հունիսի 24-ին ԱՁ-ից հաշիվ- ապրանքագրով ձեռք է բերվել 6 մետաղյա բաշխիչ արկղ, որոնք  չեն տեղադրվել և շահագործման չեն հանձնվել: Սակայն, համաձայն  կազմված բաշխման արկղերի տեղադրման և շահագործման ակտի՝ դրանք տեղադրվել են Գյումրու «Շիրակ» օդանավակայանի թռիչքադաշտում և հանձնվել շահագործման: Նշված ակտը վավերացվել է «Զվարթնոց» ԱՕԿ ՓԲ ընկերության նախկին տնօրենի և այլ անձանց  ստորագրություններով:

Ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է նաև, որ 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 11-ին օդանավակայանի համար գնվել է նաև 14 խոնավաչափ և 15 ջերմաչափ, սակայն դրանք ևս չեն արտացոլվել գույքային գրանցման ցանկերում:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերի և 314-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով:

Մետաղյա բաշխիչ արկղերը ներկայացվել են վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ դրանք պահվել են «Զվարթնոց» ԱՕԿ ՓԲ ընկերության աշխատակցի առանձնատան ավտոտնակում։

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։ Ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա կկայացվեն համապատասխան դատավարական որոշումներ։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
