Ազատականացվում է Հայաստանի էլեկտրաէներգիայի շուկան

Հայաստանում ընթացիկ տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում էներգետիկայի ոլորտի գրեթե բոլոր ուղղություններով ակտիվ աշխատանք է իրականացվել: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարի տեղակալ Հայկ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ կառավարության քննարկմանն են ներկայացրել ՀՀ էլեկտրաէներգետիկական համակարգի էլեկտրաէներգիայի շուկայի ազատականացման և միջպետական առևտրի զարգացման միջոցառումների ծրագիր-ժամանակացույցը:
«Այս ծրագրով նախատեսվում է անցում կատարել շուկայի ազատական նոր մոդելի, որի նպատակն է, ավելի արդյունավետ դարձնել ներքին շուկան և խթանել արտահանումը: Միաժամանակ ներկայացվել է նաև էներգետիկայի, լիցենզավորման, ներքին տուրքի մասին օրենքներում փոփոխությունների փաթեթը»,-ասաց Հայկ Հարությունյանը:
Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ մշակվել է «Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայան» ընկերության առաջին էներգաբլոկը շահագործումից հանելու օրենքի նախագիծը:
«Այստեղ ճշտում մտցնեմ, որ սա առաջին էներգաբլոկն է, որը չի շահագործվում: Երկրորդ էներգաբլոկի համար ներկայացվել է արդեն շահագործման ժամկետի երկարաձգման ներդրումային պլանի հաստատման և դրանից բխող միջոցառումների իրականացման մասին ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման նախագիծը: Սա արդեն հստակեցում է մտցնում ներդրումային ծրագրի մեջ, որը փոփոխության է ենթարկվել հետազոտությունների առաջին փուլի արդյունքում: Մենք այստեղ իրականացրել ենք երկու պլանային վերանորոգում, երկրորդն ավարտվեց այս տարվա հուլիսի սկզբին: Ամեն ինչ ընթանում է ըստ ժամանակացույցի»,-ասաց Հայկ Հարությունյանը:
Ընթացիկ տարում մշակվել է ռադիոակտիվ թափոնների և աշխատած միջուկային վառելիքի անվտանգ կառավարման ռազմավարությունը հաստատելու մասին կառավարության որոշման նախագիծը: Նախարարությունը մանրամասներ կներկայացնի նախագծի հաստատումից հետո:
Հայկ Հարությունյանն ընդգծեց, որ բավական լայն աշխատանք է տարվել չգազիֆիկացված համայնքների համար էներգամատակարարման այլընտրանք փնտրելու, ծախսերի հաշվարկման գործում:
«Արդեն ունենք հստակ պատկերացում, թե բոլոր այն 280 չգազիֆիկացված համայնքներում արևային ջրատաքացուցիչներ, արևային վահանակներ տեղադրելու համար ինչ միջոցներ են անհրաժեշտ: Համեմատել ենք գազիֆիկացման ծախսերի հետ: Ներկայում բանակցում ենք դոնորների, կառավարության հետ, որպեսզի ճիշտ, արդյունավետ ֆինանսական գործիք ներդնենք, որ տաք ջրամատակարարման հարցը կարգավորվի»,-ասաց Հայկ Հարությունյանն` ավելացնելով, որ արդեն ստեղծվել է միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային խումբ:
