Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը այսօրվա դրությամբ խաղողի արտադրության ոլորտում խնդիրներ չի տեսնում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` հուլիսի 26-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը:
«Ներկայումս իրականացվում է բերքի ծավալների մոնիթորինգ, ինչպես նաև ուսումնասիրվում են, թե ինչ ծավալով են պատրաստ վերամշակող ընկերությունները խաղողը վերամշակել: Այսօրվա դրությամբ խաղողի արտադրության ծավալները համապատասխանում են մթերման ծավալներին և մինչ սեպտեմբեր գործարանների հետ անընդհատ ճշգրտումներ են իրականացվելու»,- ասաց Մակարյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` օգոստոսին ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից կընդունվի վերամշակող ոլորտում մատչելի տոկոսադրույքով վարկերի տրամադրման ծրագիրը, որը հնարավորություն կտա վերամշակող ընկերություններին նախապես կնքված պայմանագրով գյուղատնտեսին գումարը վճարել:
«Վարկերը վերամշակող ընկերություններին կտրամադրվեն տարեկան 3 տոկոս տոկոսադրույքով: Այս դեպքում կլուծվի գյուղացիների և վերամշակող ընկերությունների միջև խնդիրը` ուշացումներ, պարտքի կուտակումներ չեն լինի: Այս մեխանիզմով ֆինանսական կառույցը միանգամից գյուղատնտեսին բերքի գումարը կվճարի: Ծրագիրը նախատեսվում է իրականացնել 18 միլիարդ դրամի սահմաններում, որի պիլոտային ծրագիրը` 2.4 միլիարդ դրամի շրջանակներում, կիրականացվի այս տարի ` պտուղ-բանջարեղենի, խաղողի ոլորտներում: Պիլոտային ծրագրի հաջողության դեպքում այլ ոլորտները նույնպես կընդգրկվեն»,- ասաց Մակարյանը:
Մակարյանը նշեց, որ գյուղատնտեսության համախառն ներքին արդյունքի հունվար-հունիսի 1.4 տոկոսի չնչին անկումը պայմանավորված էր երկու պատճառներով:
«2017 թվականին գյուղատնտեսական տարին 10-15 օր ուշացմամբ սկսվեց: Բացի այդ, բերքի կարկտահարման դեպքերը նույնպես խնդիրներ առաջացրին»,- եզրափակեց Մակարյանը:
