Լապշինը դիմում է ներկայացրել Իսրայել արտահանձնվելու համար

Ադրբեջանում երեք տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինը դիմում է ներկայացրել Իսրայել արտահանձնվելու խնդրանքով: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին հայտնել է բլոգերի փաստաբան Էդուարդ Չերնինը:
«Այսօր հանդիպել եմ Լապշինի հետ: Նա դիմում է ներկայացրել՝ արտահանձնվելու Իսրայել»,- հայտնել է Չերնինը: Փաստաբանը նշել է, որ բլոգերը հրաժարվել է բողոքարկել դատարանի որոշումը: «Իմ պաշտպանյալը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Ռուսաստանի դեսպանությանը՝ իր ցանկության դեպքում արտահանձնման հարցում աջակցելու համար, սակայն նա ցանկանում է տեղափոխվել Իսրայել, ինչի կապակցությամբ համապատասխան ձևով դիմում է գրել»,- հայտնել է փաստաբանը:
Չերնինը նշել է, որ այժմ գործելու հերթն իսրայելական կողմինն է, որը դրական պատասխանի դեպքում պետք է պաշտոնապես դիմի Ադրբեջանի արդարադատության նախարարություն: Ըստ ընթացակարգի՝ հաջորդ գործողությունը պետք է տեղի ունենա դատարանում. դատարանն է որոշելու՝ արտահանձնել բլոգերին, թե ոչ:
Ծանր հանցագործությունները քննող Բաքվի դատարանում հուլիսի 20-ին հրապարակվել է ՌԴ և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի գործով դատավճիռը:
Լապշինի դեմ դատական գործ էր հարուցվել Ադրբեջանի ՔՕ 281.2 (երկրի դեմ ուղղված հրապարակային կոչեր) և 318 (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանի անօրինական հատում) հոդվածներով: 281.2-րդ հոդվածով Լապշինի մեղադրանքն ապացուցող բավարար փաստեր չեն հայտնաբերվել: Բլոգերը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել միայն պետական սահմանի
Հուլիսի 19-ին կայացած դատական նիստի ժամանակ Լապշինը, օգտվելով վերջին խոսքի իր իրավունքից, հայտարարել էր, որ չի ընդունում իր դեմ ներկայացված մեղադրանքները:
