ՀՀ քաղաքացի հանդիսացող Մինաս Մեհրաբյանը փորձել է Իրանի քաղաքացիների հետ ապօրինի լքել ՀՀ սահմանը:

Tert.am-ը Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից տեղեկացավ, որ գործն ուղարկվել է Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան և մակագրվել դատավոր Նապոլեոն Օհանյանին:

Ռուհոլլահ Մոհամմադիին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, ըստ քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված հանգամանքների, Ալի անունով անձնավորության հետ հանցավոր պայմանավորվածության է եկել, պարբերաբար օժանդակել է վերջինիս և մի շարք այլ անձանց նախնական համաձայնությամբ ՀՀ պետական սահմանը ապօրինի հատելուն: Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 38-34-329-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով:

Մոնաջատխոն Նազարալիևային մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, արտաքսվելով Թուրքիայի Հանրապետությունից և նպատակ ունենալով վերադառնալ այնտեղ աշխատելու, նպատակադրվել է օրինական կերպ մուտք գործել ԻԻՀ տարածք և այնտեղից ապօրինի անցնել Թուրքային Հանրապետություն, ոմն Ալի հետ 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 5-ին փորձել է ապօրինի` առանց պատշաճ թույլտվության, անցնել ԻԻՀ տարածք: Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 34-329-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով:

Մինաս Մեհրաբյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, 2017 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին փորձել է մի խումբ անձանց հետ ապօրինի` առանց պատշաճ թույլտվության, անցնել ԻԻՀ տարածք: Նա մեղադրվում է ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 34-329-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված արարք կատարելու մեջ:

Մոնաջատխոն Նազարալիևայի և Ռուհոլլահ Մոհամմադիի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը, Մինաս Մեհրաբյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:
