Օրական 100 մազի թափվելը նորմա է: Եթե ցանկանում եք համոզվել, որ ձեր մազերի հետ ամեն բան կարգին է, ապա վերցրեք մազերի բարակ փունջ և ձեռքով քաշեք, եթե երկու մազից ավելի շատ մազ է թափվում, ապա անհանգստանալու կարիք իրականում կա:
Մազերը թափվում են տարբեր պատճառներով` վիտամի C, B5, B6, PP, կալցիի, մագնեզիումի, երկաթի, ցինկի պակասության հետևանքով: Մազաթափությանը նպաստում է որոշ դեղահաբերի օգտագործումը, ծխելը և ալկոհոլի չարաշահումը, հորմոնալ ֆոնի փոփոխությունը, ժառանգականությունը:
Վիտամինների պակասից խուսափելու համար պետք է հետևել, որ օրվա սննդակարգում համապատասխան քանակությամբ սպիտակուցներ և երկաթ պարունակվի: Եթե խիստ սննդառեժիմի եք հետևում, ապա օգտագործեք առանց յուղ մսամթերք և թռչնամիս, մրգեր, բանջարեղեն և կաթնաշոռ:
Մազաթափությունից խուսափելու համար կարևոր է մազերի խնամքի ճիշտ միջոցների կիրառումը: Մազերի այնպիսի սանր ընտրեք, որը կկարողանա մերսել գլխամաշկը, իսկ շամպուն և կոնդիցիոներ ընտրելուց, ուշադրություն դարձրեք տուփի վրայի գրառմանը և նախապատվությունը տվեք ամրացնողներին:
Ցանկալի է օգտագործել եղինջի և երիցուկի շամպուններ, որոնք նպաստում են մազարմատների ամրացմանը և աճին:
Մազաթափության դեմ պայքարի լավագույն մեթոդները ժողովրդական մեթոդներ են, որոնցից ամենաարդյունավետը կռատուկի արմատներից պատրաստված թուրմն է: Այս թուրմը ստանալու համար հարկավոր է 2 ճաշի գդալ կռատուկի արմատները ավելացնել եռացած ջրի մեջ և կամաց կրակի վրա 30 րոպե եփել: Ստացված թուրմով ողողեք մազերը:
