Մազաթափությունից խուսափելու համար կարևոր է մազերի խնամքի ճիշտ միջոցների կիրառումը: Մազերի այնպիսի սանր ընտրեք, որը կկարողանա մերսել գլխամաշկը, իսկ շամպուն և կոնդիցիոներ ընտրելուց, ուշադրություն դարձրեք տուփի վրայի գրառմանը և նախապատվությունը տվեք ամրացնողներին:

Ցանկալի է օգտագործել եղինջի և երիցուկի շամպուններ, որոնք նպաստում են մազարմատների ամրացմանը և աճին:

Մազաթափության դեմ պայքարի լավագույն մեթոդները ժողովրդական մեթոդներ են, որոնցից ամենաարդյունավետը կռատուկի արմատներից պատրաստված թուրմն է: Այս թուրմը ստանալու համար հարկավոր է 2 ճաշի գդալ կռատուկի արմատները ավելացնել եռացած ջրի մեջ և կամաց կրակի վրա 30 րոպե եփել: Ստացված թուրմով ողողեք մազերը:
