Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարությունը կտրականապես հերքում է Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության և արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների համատեղ հայտարարությունը, ըստ որի, իբր այսօր, ողջ օրվա ընթացքում, Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները գնդակոծել են ադրբեջանական մարտական դիրքերը, ինչպես նաև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը։
ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարում է, որ Հայաստանի զինված ուժերը սահմանի ողջ երկայնքով որևէ գործողություն չեն իրականացրել և նույնիսկ մեկ կրակոց չեն արձակել։ Ավելին. ի տարբերություն Ադրբեջանի նման մշտական գործելաոճի, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերը երբեք և որևէ պարագայում նշանառության տակ չեն վերցնում խաղաղ բնակավայրերը, և պնդումները դրանք գնդակոծելու վերաբերյալ պարզունակ ապատեղեկատվություն են, կամ՝ ադրբեջանական կողմի ապագա սադրանքների համար տեղեկատվական նախապատրաստության փորձ։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարությունը Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությանը նախազգուշացնում է, որ որևիցե սադրանքի պարագայում հայկական կողմը դիմելու է պատասխան կոշտ գործողությունների և կոչ է անում զերծ մնալ նոր արկածախնդրություններից, որոնք կարող են անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներ ունենալ ողջ տարածաշրջանի համար։
