6 փաստ կիտրոնի մասին, որ պետք է իմանալ

Կիտրոնը չափազանց օգտակար է առողջության համար։ Այն պարունակում է մեծ քանակությամբ կալցիում, վիտամին C, մագնեզիում, երկաթ, հանքային նյութեր և հակաօքսիդանտներ, որոնք կարևոր են մաշկի, մազերի, եղունգների և ընդհանուր առողջության համար։
Ի՞նչ պետք է իմանալ կիտրոնի մասին
1․Կիտրոնն օգնում է ազատվել մաշկի սև կետերից
Կիտրոնն ունի հակաբակտերիալ և հակասնկային ազդեցություն, որով էլ հանդես է գալիս որպես բնական այլընտրանք ակնեի բուժման համար։ Կիտրոնը կիսել և քսել մաշկին։ Կարելի է կիտրոնի հյութին ավելացնել մի փոքր մեղր և խառնուրդը քսել մաշկին։ Պահել 10 րոպե և լվացվել սառը ջրով։
2․ Կիտրոնը գունաբացում է մաշկի վրայի մուգ բծերը
Կիտրոնի հյութը պարունակում է կիտրոնաթթու, որը բացացնում է մաշկի գույնը։ Սակայն պետք է զգույշ լինել, եթե մաշկի վրա առկա են վերքեր։
3․Կիտրոնը սպիտակեցնում է ատամները
Բանանի նման, կիտրոնը ևս բնական սպիտակեցնող միջոց է։ Կիտրոնի հյութն ու սոդան խառնել և քսել ատամներին, պահել 1 րոպեից ոչ ավել և լվանալ ատամները։
4․Յուղոտ մաշկ
Բամբակը թրջել կիտրոնի հյութով, քսել մաշկին երեկոյան քնելուց առաջ և լվացվել առավոտյան։ Մաշկն այլևս չի լինի յուղոտ, կամ գոնե չի լինի այնքան յուղոտ, որքան նախկինում էր։
5․ Գեղեցիկ մազեր
Կիտրոնի հյութն ու մազերի կոնդիցիոները խառնել, քսել մազերին և ցանկալի է այդ ժամանակ լինել արևի տակ։ Պահել հնարավորինս երկար՝ մինչև մի քանի ժամ, և լվանալ մազերը։ Այս պրոցեդուրան շաբաթը 1 անգամ կրկնելու դեպքում կնկատեք, թե ինչպես են փափկել և փայլում մազերը։
6․Եղունգների ամրացում
Եղուգներին քսել կիտրոնի հյութի և ձիթապտղի յուղի խառնուրդ։ Սա ոչ միայն կլուծի փխրուն եղունգների խնդիրը, այլ նաև կսպիտակեցնի դեղնած եղունգները։
