Հայաստանում արձանագրվել է հեպատիտ B-ի և C-ի սուր դեպքերի նվազում

Նպատակային ծրագրերի արդյունքում Հայաստանում 2011-ից մինչ այսօր հեպատիտ B-ի ընդամենը 1 դեպք է գրանցվել է 0-14 տարեկանների շրջանում: Հեպատիտ A-ի ընդհանուր դեպքերը 2016-ին՝ 2009-ի համեմատ, նվազել են 600-ով: Արձանագրվել է նաև հեպատիտ B-ի և C-ի սուր դեպքերի նվազում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հուլիսի 27-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԱՆ հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի գլխավոր տնօրեն Արտավազդ Վանյանը:
«Նախկինում հեպատիտ A-ի լուրջ խնդիր ունեինք Հայաստանում: Հիմնական դեպքերն արձանագրվում էին նախադպրոցական և դպրոցական երեխաների շրջանում՝ անգամ բռնկումների տեսքով: 2009-ից որդեգրեցինք նպատակային ծրագրով՝ միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան գործընթաց: Հաղորդման, հաշվառման և արագ արձագանքման գործընթացը փոխվեց՝ սկսեցինք արձագանքել շատ արագ՝ ժամերի ընթացքում: Համապատասխան բոլոր կոնտակտավորներին 1-2 օրվա ընթացքում իրականացվում էին պատվաստումներ, հայտնաբերվում էր փոխանցման գործոնը: Դրա արդյունքում՝ 2009-ին հեպատիտ A-ի 624-ի դեպքի համեմատ՝ 2016-ին՝ արձանագրվել է 24 դեպք»,-ասաց Վանյանն ու հավելեց, որ գործընթացը շարունակվում է՝ վերացնելու նաև հատուկենտ դեպքերը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ 1999 –ից պատվաստումների օրացույցում ներառվել են նաև հեպատիտ B-ի պատվաստումները՝ մանկական հասակի երեխաների շրջանում: Եվ 2011-ից սկսած՝ արձանագրվել է հեպատիտ B-ի ընդամենը մեկ դեպք 2016-ին: Դեպքը գրանցվել է ծնողի՝ պատվաստումից հրաժարվելու պատճառով: Կարելի է արձանագրել, որ 0-14 տարեկան երեխաների շրջանում հաղթահարվել է այս վարակը:
« 2015-ից սկսած՝ հեպատիտ B-ի և C-ի կանխարգելման նպատակային ծրագրով ՝ պետության կողմից պատվաստվել են հեպատիտ B-ի ռիսկի խմբեր՝ բժիշկներ, որոնք առնչվում են արյան և համապատասխան գործիքների հետ: Բացի այդ՝ անմիջապես պատվաստվել են նաև հիվանդների կոնտակտավորներն ու դիալեզի միջոցով բուժում ստացող հիվանդները»,-ասաց նա:
Մեծածավալ աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել հատկապես բուժհիմնարկներում, որտեղ հիվանդության փոխանցման հավանականությունը մեծ էր: Ներդրվել է նաև համապատասխան վերահսկման ծրագիր՝ բժիշկներին, միջին բուժանձնակազմին ուսուցանելու համար ՝ պահանջների պահպանման նպատակով: « Դրա արդյունքում՝ հեպատիտ B-ի և C-ի սուր դեպքերի նվազում ենք արձանագրել: 2009-ին տարեկան մոտ 111 հեպատիտ B էր արձանագրվում, 101 դեպք՝ հեպատիտ C, այսօր 3 անգամ նվազել են այդ ցուցանիշները»,-եզրափակեց Վանյանը:
