Ոչ ոքի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ խաղողը պարունակում է մեծ թվով հակաօքսիդանտներ և օգնում է այն բոլոր դեպքերում, երբ խախտված է նյութափոխանակությունը և օրգանիզմում շատ տոքսիններ են կուտակվել: Քանի որ խաղողն ունի նաև լեղամուղ ազդեցություն, այն օգտագործում են լյարդի հիվանդությունների ժամանակ:

• Եթե լեղապարկում քարեր ունեք, ապա կանոնավոր կերպով ուտելուց հետո հանքային ջրով բացած 100մլ չոր սպիտակ գինի խմեք: Հարաբերությունը պետք է լինի 1:1-ի:

• Լեղապարկի դիսկինեզիայի դեպքում վերցրեք 500գ կանաչ խաղող և 250մլ սպիտակ չոր գինի: Գինին և խաղողը բաժանեք երեք մասի և օգտագործեք օրվա ընթացքում: Խաղողը կերեք ուտելուց 1 ժամ առաջ, իսկ գինին խմեք ուտելուց հետո:

• Լյարդի հիվանդությունների պրոֆիլակտիկայի համար խորհուրդ է տրվում կես տարին մեկ անգամ մաքրման կուրս անցնել: Վերցրեք 1կգ առանց կորիզի մուգ գույնի չամիչ, 1կգ միջին չափի գազար և 2,5լ մաքուր ջուր:

Չամիչը լվացեք տաք ջրով: Գազարը մաքրեք և օղակաձև կտրատեք: Չամիչի և գազարի վրա լցրեք ջուրը և թույլ կրակի վրա, ծածկած ամանում, եփեք 1,5 ժամ՝ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ խառնելով: Սառեցրեք և քամեք:

Ստացվում է 7 բաժակ եփուկ: Այն լցրեք ապակյա տարայի մեջ, կափարիչով փակեք և պահեք սառնարանում: Փակ ամանում պահեք նաև չամիչն ու գազարը:

Առավոտյան սոված վիճակում կերեք 2 ճ.գ. չամիչից ու գազարից, իսկ քնելուց առաջ խմեք ½ բաժակ տաք եփուկ: Եփուկը պետք է խմել ուտելուց ամենաքիչը 3 ժամ հետո: Կուրսը 14 օր է: Մաքրման պրոցեսի սկսվելու մասին կվկայի մեզի փոխված գույնը:

• Լյարդի ֆունկցիոնալ խանգարման դեպքում խորհուրդ է տրվում ուտելուց առաջ խմել 15մլ ջրով բացած (1:1) կարմիր գինի

• Բիլիրուբինի և խրոնիկ հեպատիտի դեպքում վերցրեք 24 հատ թուզ, 6 կիտրոն և գինու քացախ: Թզերը կիսել 2 մասի, իսկ կիտրոնները՝ ութ: Բաղադրիչները միացնել իրար և այնքան քացախ լցնել, որպեսզի խառնուրդը ծածկվի: Մութ տեղում թրմել 2 օր:

Օրը երեք անգամ, ուտելուց 20 րոպե առաջ կերեք 2 կտոր թուզ և 1 կտոր կիտրոն: Բուժման կուրսը 24 օր է, որից հետո պետք է 2 շաբաթ ընդմիջում տալ և նորից կրկնել կուրսը:
