ԱՊՀ երկրները որոշել են ակտիվացնել հիմնարար հետազոտությունների գիտական կենտրոնների աշխատանքները

ԱՊՀ երկրները որոշել են ակտիվացնել հիմնարար հետազոտությունների գիտական կենտրոնների աշխատանքները: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության Գիտության պետական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նման հանձնարարական է տրվել հոկտեմբերի 19-ին Երևանում մեկնարկած ԱՊՀ անդամ-պետությունների հիմնարար գիտությունների ոլորտում համագործակցության խորհրդի (այսուհետ` Համագործակցության խորհրդի) 4-րդ նստաշրջանին:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում ելույթ են ունեցել ՀՀ ԿԳՆ գիտության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Սամվել Հարությունյանը, ՀՀ ԳԱԱ նախագահ Ռադիկ Մարտիրոսյանը, Ռուսաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի ԱՊՀ երկրների հետ համագործակցության գծով համակարգող խորհրդի գիտական քարտուղար Ե. Լուկաշևը, Ռուսաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի ԱՊՀ երկրների հետ համագործակցության գծով կոորդինացիոն խորհրդի նախագահի տեղակալ, Համագործակցության խորհրդի քարտուղար Մ. Ամիրխանովը և այլոք:
Կոմիտեի նախագահ Հարությունյանը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում գիտության ոլորտում վարվող քաղաքականությունը և արված աշխատանքները` հատուկ անդրադառնալով գիտական և գիտատեխնիկական բնագավառում համագործակցության վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի ընդունած ռազմավարությանը: Նրա խոսքով` միջազգային համագործակցության հիմնական նպատակն է համագործակցող երկրների շրջանակներում ստեղծել ինքնակարգավորվող համակարգ` գիտություն-տեխնոլոգիաներ-
Քննարկվել են Համագործակցության խորհրդի 3-րդ նստաշրջանի արդյունքում ընդունված որոշումների կատարման ընթացքին վերաբերող հարցեր, հիմնարար գիտությունների ոլորտում համագործակցության գերակա ուղղությունների հաստատման վերաբերյալ առաջարկություններ, ԱՊՀ անդամ-պետությունների գիտությունների ակադեմիաների միջև համագործակցության խթանմանն ուղղված հարցեր:
Հանդիպման մասնակիցները կարևորել են հիմնարար հետազոտությունների ոլորտում միջպետական հարաբերությունների համակարգման մասին համաձայնագրի ընդունումը, քանի որ վերջինս կնպաստի համագործակցող պետությունների ընդհանուր գիտատեխնիկական տարածքի զարգացմանն ու ընդլայնմանը, այդ տարածքում իրավական դաշտի ներդաշնակեցմանը, ինչպես նաև հիմնարար ու կիրառական գիտությունների բնագավառում ԱՊՀ համագործակցության ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների արդյունավետ լուծմանը: Կարևորվել է նաև ակտիվ համագործակցությունը գիտատեխնիկական և նորարարական ոլորտի միջպետ ական խորհրդի հետ:
