Խարդախությամբ գումարի հափշտակության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրգործն ընդունվել է ՀՔԾ քննիչի վարույթ

Բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությունը երաշխավորելու անհրաժեշտությամբ պայմանավորված` ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի վարույթին է հանձնվել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով խարդախություն կատարելու փաստով հարուցված ևս մեկ քրեական գործ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Նախաքննության նյութերով ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն` 15.04.2010թ.-ին Երևանի բնակչուհի Վ. Գ.-ի և «ԹՕՓ ՄՈՏՈՐՍ» ՍՊԸ-ի միջև կնքվել է ավտոմեքենայի առուվաճառքի պայմանագիր, որով գնորդը ձեռք է բերել 11.952.000 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ 2010թ.-ի արտադրության «Մազդա 6» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա: Սակայն երբ 2016թ.-ին Վ. Գ.-ն փորձել է վաճառել այն, պարզվել է, որ նշված ավտոմեքենան ոչ թե 2010թ., այլ 2008թ.-ի արտադրության է, և վերը նշված ընկերությունը խաբել է գնորդին` վերջինիս պատճառելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի` 7.897.800 ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է նաև, որ 2010թ.-ին «ԹՕՓ ՄՈՏՈՐՍ» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից 14 այլ գնորդների վաճառված ավտոմեքենաները նույնպես եղել են 2008 թվականի արտադրության:
Այսպիսով, խարդախությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գումարի հափշտակության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
