Շիրակի մարզպետն ընդունեց Գյումրիում ՌԴ նորանշանակ հյուպատոս Ալեքսանդր Կոպնինին

Շիրակի մարզպետ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը հուլիսի 28-ին ընդունեց Գյումրիում ՌԴ նորանշանակ հյուպատոս Ալեքսանդր Անատոլեվիչ Կոպնինին: Մարզպետը ողջունեց հյուպատոսի այցը Հայաստան՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ Հայաստանում դիվանագիտական աշխատանքը բավական արդյունավետ կլինի:
Արթուր Խաչատրյանը նախ ներկայացնելով Շիրակի մարզի ունեցած հնարավորությունն ու ողջ պոտենցիալը՝ վստահեցրեց միշտ պատրաստ է ցանկացած հարցում աջակցել հյուպատոսին: «Դուք Հայաստան եք եկել բավական մեծ դիվանագիտական փորձով՝ 27 տարի: Հոսով եմ, Գյումրիում Ձեր աշխատանքը բավական արդյունավետ կլինի: Հայ-ռուսական կապը դարավոր է, իսկ Գյումրին նույնիսկ ժամանակին Ալեքսանդրապոլ է կոչվել: Հուսով եմ, որ Գյումրիում տեղակայված ՌԴ հյուպատոսարանի հետ համագործակցությունը կշարունակվի ու ավելի կխորանա»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Արթուր Խաչատրյանը:
Ալեքսանդր Կոպնինը ևս նշեց, որ ուրախ է դիվանագիտական աշխատանքի անցնելու Հայաստանում: «Մի քանի օր է՝ այստեղ եմ, դեռ շատ բան չեմ հասցրել տեսնել, բայց մինչև գալս շատ եմ կարդացել Հայաստանի մասին: Ավագ աղջիկս 15 տարեկան է, ինքն էլ շատ է կարդացել Հայաստանի մասին: Այստեղ եմ եկել իմ մեծ ընտանիքով՝ ես, կինս ու 4 երեխաներս: Հրաշալի քաղաք է Գյումրին՝ հարուստ պատմություն ունի, մարդիկ էլ հյուրասեր ու բարի: ՌԴ-ի համար Հայաստանն անչափ կարևոր գործընկեր է, կաշխատեմ այս ընթացքում արդյունավետ համագործակցել: Ես ուրախ եմ, որ հնարավորություն ունեմ աշխատելու Հայաստանի հողի վրա»,-նշեց հյուպատոսը՝ հավելելով, որ պատրաստ է նաև օգտագործելով իր նախկին փորձը աջակցել մարզին ՌԴ-ում տարբեր գործարար կապեր ստեղծելու:
Որպես համագործակցության առաջին քայլ Շիրակի մարզպետի առաջարկով ՌԴ հյուպատոսը համաձայնություն տվեց հյուպատոսարանի աշխատակազմով միանալու հուլիսի 29-ին նշանակված համապետական շաբաթօրյակին:
Պատասխանելով լրագրողների հարցերին՝ նորանշանակ հյուպատոսը վստահեցրեց՝ պատրաստ է ավելի բաց ու թափանցիկ աշխատել ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչների հետ:
