Կինոարտադրության զարգացման նպատակով Հայաստանում կստեղծվի դիստրիբյուտորական ինստիտուտ

Հայաստանի ազգային կինոկենտրոնի նոր ղեկավարությունը Հայաստանում նոր ուղու վրա կդնի կինոարտադրությունը: Կստեղծվի դիստրիբյուտորական ինստիտուտ: Կինոարտադրողների համար համաշխարհային շուկայում իրենց արտադրանքը վաճառելու հնարավորություններ կստեղծվեն: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հուլիսի 28-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց Հայաստանի ազգային կինոկենտրոնի տնօրենի նորանշանակ պաշտոնակատար Շուշանիկ Միրզախանյանը:

«Նոր թիմով կփորձենք ճիշտ ուղու վրա դնել կինոարտադրությունը: Կաշխատենք բաց և թափանցիկ: Առաջին հերթին՝ կունենանք արտասահմանյան ընկերությունների հետ համարտադրություններ, ինչը շատ կարևոր է, քանի որ աշխարհն այդպես է զարգացնում կինոարտադրությունը: Կստեղծենք դիստրիբյուտորական ինստիտուտ, որը, կարելի է ասել՝ գոյություն չունի Հայաստանում»,-ասաց Շուշանիկ Միրզախանյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ ինստիտուտի կայացումը կինոարտարդության շատ կարևոր օղակներից է: Դիստրիբյուտորական ընկերությունների շնորհիվ՝ հայկական արտադրանքը դուրս կբերվի նաև միջազգային ասպարեզ:  

«Կլինի հանձնաժողով, որը կկենտրոնանա կինոարդյունաբերության վրա՝ զարգացնելու ներքին կինոշուկան: Կստեղծենք թափանցիկ գործընթաց, որը հավասար հնարավորություններ կստեղծի բոլոր կինոարտադրողների համար: Կինոյի ամենամեծ խնդիրներից մեկը Հայաստանում այն է, որ կինոարտադրողը հնարավորություն չունի իր արտադրանքը վաճառելու համաշխարհային շուկայում՝ այն ճանաչելի դարձնելու համար»,-ասաց Կինոկենտրոնի նորանշանակ գեղարվեստական ղեկավար-ֆիլմ հանձնակատար Արսեն Բաղդասարյանն ու հավելեց, որ իրենք իրենց կապերով կիրականացնեն այդ գործընթացը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ իրենք քննարկել ենք Դոմինիկյան Հանրապետության կինոյի մասին օրենքը, ԱՄՆ-ի, Ֆրանսիայի, Վրաստանի կինոարտադրության որոշ ծրագրեր: Եվ Հայաստանի համար ընտրել են կինոյի զարգացման ամենահամապատասխան մոդելը, որպեսզի ներքին և օտարերկրացի կինոարտադրողները կարողանան լավ պայմաններով իրենց նախաձեռնություններն իրականացնել Հայաստանում:

ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանն ասաց, որ Կինոկենտրոնի նոր ղեկավարությունը կինոյի զարգացման ճիշտ հայեցակարգ է մշակում: «Ժամանակն առաջ է գնում,և կինոյի զարգացման մասին մեր պատկերացումները ևս փոխվել են, այդ պատճառով՝ մեզ պետք են նոր մարդիկ, որոնք կարող են դրանք իրականություն դարձնել: Կարծում եմ՝ նոր ղեկավարությունն ունակ է իրականացնել կինոյի զարգացման հետ կապված մեր բոլոր նպատակները»,-ասաց նախարարը:
