Հայաստան անորակ պարարտանյութերի ներկրումը բացառելու համար ՍԱՊԾ-ն աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում

Մինչեւ տարեվերջ բույսերի հիվանդությունների ու վնասատուների հայտնաբերման նպատակով նախատեսվում է իրականացնել շուրջ 6000 նմուշառում եւ ենթարկել լաբորատոր փորձաքննության: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ամփոփելով 2017 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում իրականացված վերահսկողության արդյունքները՝ այս մասին տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ բուսասանիտարիայի տեսչության պետ Արթուր Նիկոյանը: Նա նշեց, որ բուսասանիտարական մշտադիտարկման, նմուշառման եւ լաբորատոր փորձաքննության ժամանակացույցն արդեն իսկ հաստատված է. այն ընդգրկում է բոլոր համայնքներն ու մշակաբույսերը:
«Մասնագիտական խորհրդատվություն է տրվել այն հողատերերին, որոնց հողատարածքներում հայտնաբերվել է բույսերի վնասատուներ եւ հիվանդություններ: Առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է ներկայացնել հաշվետվություն երկրի բուսասանիտարական վիճակի մասին եւ այն ուղարկել առեւտրի գործընկեր երկրներին՝ նպատակ ունենալով նպաստել արտահանման գործընթացի կազմակերպմանը»,-ասաց Արթուր Նիկոյանը՝ հավելելով, որ տեսչության ուշադրության կենտրոնում են նաեւ ջերմատնային տնտեսությունները, որտեղ վնասակար օրգանիզմները հայտնաբերելու, դրանց դեմ պայքարի համար օգտագործվող թունաքիմիկատները եւ սահմանված չափաքանակները պարզելու ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ են տարվել: Նույնը վերաբերում է նաեւ պարարտանյութերին:
«2017 թվականին գրանցվել է 100-ից ավելի պեստիցիդ եւ ագրոքիմիկատ, միաժամանակ վերահսկողություն է իրականացվել ՀՀ տարածք ներմուծվող պեստիցիդների եւ ագրոքիմիկատների նկատմամբ: Միայն լաբորատոր փորձաքննության արդյունքով է թույլատրվել նշված ապրանքատեսակները ներմուծել հանրապետություն»,-տեղեկացրեց ՍԱՊԾ բուսասանիտարիայի տեսչության պետը:
Նրա համոզմամբ՝ նման գործողությունները նպաստում են դեպի Հայաստան անորակ պեստիցիդի եւ ագրոքիմիկատի ներկրման բացառմանը, հողօգտագործողների պաշտպանությանը տնտեսական կորուստներից, շրջակա միջավայրին եւ մարդու առողջությանը՝ բացասական հետեւանքներից: Արթուր Նիկոյանը նաեւ տեղեկացրեց, որ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվել արտահանման վարչարարության նվազեցման եւ արտահանվող պտուղ-բանջարեղենի սերտիֆիկացման ժամանակահատվածում կրճատման նպատակով, ինչի արդյունքում՝ ՀՀ-ից արտահանվող պտուղ-բանջարեղենի բուսասանիտարական զննումը եւ արտահանման հավաստագրի տրամադրումը իրականացվում է ընդամենը 20 րոպեում:
