Մանուկ Սիմոնյանի սպանության կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են վերջինիս կինը և որդին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ -հետախուզական համատեղ գործողությունների արդյունքում՝ Արմավիրի մարզպետի խորհրդական Մանուկ Սիմոնյանի սպանությանը առնչություն ունենալու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են վերջինիս կինը և որդին:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 23-ին Արմավիրի մարզի բնակչուհուց ոստիկանությունում հաղորդում էր ստացվել առ այն, որ 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 22-ին՝ ժամը 22։00- 23:00-ի սահմաններում, ամուսինը՝ Մանուկ Սիմոնյանը, դուրս է եկել տանից և այլևս չի վերադարձել: Կինը հայտնել էր, որ ամուսնուն տան բակից կանչել է մի տղամարդ, ինչից հետո նա դուրս է եկել տանից՝ առանց ասելու, թե ուր է գնում և այլևս չի վերադարձել:
2017 թվականի հուլիսի 25-ին՝ ժամը 23.30-ի սահմաններում, Արմավիրի մարզի Մյասնիկյան-Դալարիկ ճանապարհի 3-րդ կմ-ից դեպի աջ ընկած՝ մոտ 300 մ հեռավորությամբ գտնվող «Դալարիկի ձոր» կոչվող տարածքում, հայտնաբերվել էր 1965 թ. ծնված Մանուկ Սիմոնյանի դիակը՝ փաթաթված և կապկպված:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական համատեղ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ՝ դրդապատճառը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց շրջանակը:
Նախնական քննությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ կինը պարբերաբար բռնության է ենթարկվել ամուսնու կողմից : 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 22-ին՝ առավոտյան, կնոջ և ամուսնու միջև կրկին վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, ինչից հետո ամուսինը քնել է, և կինը փայտ կոտրելու կացնով հարվածել է քնած ամուսնուն, ով ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից մահացել է: Այնուհետև կինը զանգահարել է որդուն և տուն կանչել, ապա՝ ամուսնու դիակը տեղափոխել և թաքցրել են Արմավիրի մարզի Դալարիկ գյուղին մոտակա ձորերում:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Մանուկ Սիմոնյանի կինը և որդին ձերբակալվել են:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների լրիվ, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
