Ռուսաստանը համաձայնել է փոխանցել Ս-400 ԶՀՀ արտադրության տեխնոլոգիան։ Այս մասին հայտնել է Թուրքիայի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղա Իբրահիմ Կալինը՝ հավելելով, որ Մոսկվան ու Անկարան մոտ ժամանակներս համաձայնագիր կկնքեն Ս-400 –ի գնման մասին, հայտնում է Hürriyet-ը։
«Ս-400 ԶՀՀ գնման հարցում մեր ամենակարեւոր շահերից մեկը ոչ միայն այն է, որ դա համապատասխանում է Թուրքիայի անվտանգության պահանջներին, այլեւ որ մեզ կփոխանցվեն արտադրական տեխնոլոգիաները։ Այդ հարցը ամրագրված է ռուսների հետ մեր համաձայնագրում ու մեր եւ Ռուսաստանի նախագահների բանակցություններում»,- ասել է Կալինը։ Նրա խոսքով ռուսները համաձայնել են դրան։
Նրա խոսքով Ս-400 –ի ձեռքբերումը դիտարկվելու է ոչ միայն որպես ռազմական տեխնիկայի գնում, այլեւ որպես թուրքական պաշպանական արդյունաբերության վերափոխման սկիզբ՝ նման բարդ հակահրթիռային համակարգի փոխանցման կապակցությամբ։
Նա նշեց, որ այն փաստարկները, որ այդ համակարգը չի կարող ինտեգրվել ՆԱՏՕ-ի համակարգին, «սխալ» են՝ հավելելով, որ մնում է լուծել միայն համաձայնագրի հետ կապված մի քանի մանր հարցեր, բայց դրա էությունը համաձայնեցված է։
Կալինը ասել է, որ Անկարան հիաթափված է, որ դաշնակիցները հրաժարվել են տրամադրել հրթիռային համակարգերի տեխնոլոգիաները, որոնք ուզում էին վաճառել Թուրքիային։ «Մոդելը, որը նրանք առաջարկում են, պայմանավորում է Թուրքիայի մշտական կախում նրանցից»։
