Սեքսը խթանում է մեր ուղեղի գործունեությունը, ինչը մեզ թույլ է տալիս դառնալ ավելի խելացի, նաեւ կանխում մի շարք հիվանդություններ։

1. Կանանց մեծ մասը, ովքեր հիվանդ են մաստոպատիայով, կանոնավոր սեռական կյանք չեն վարում։ Ընդ որում՝ նման ախտորոշման դեպքում բժիշկները կնոջը խորհուրդ են տալիս հղիանալ, հետեւաբար՝ սեքսով զբաղվել։

2. Կանայք հաճախ են գանգատվում գլխացավից ու դրա համար հրաժարվում են սեքսից։ Բայց իզուր, քանի որ որակյալ սեքսից գլխացավն անցնում է։ Մարդիկ, որոնք կանոնավոր զբաղվում են սեքսով, ավելի քիչ են ենթակա ապատիայի ու հոգեկան հիվանդությունների։ Էնդորֆինները, որոնք օրգազմի ժամանակ մտնում են արյան մեջ, լավացնում են տրամադրությունը ու հեշտությամբ ազատում դեպրեսիայից։

3. Իմունային համակարգի վիճակն ուղիղ կապ ունի մեր զգացմունքային վիճակի հետ։ Որքան լավ ես քեզ զգում, այնքան քիչ ես հիվանդանում։ «Սեռական» հորմոն սերոտոնինն այնքան է ամրապնդում իմունային համակարգը, որ նույնիսկ գրիպի համաճարակի դեպքում հիվանդանալու հավանականությունը կրկնակի նվազում է։

4. Կանոնավոր սեքսի շնորհիվ կրկնակի նվազում է ինսուլտի ու ինֆարկտի հավանականությունը։ Նրանք, ովքեր ակտիվ զբաղվում են սեքսով, ավեի լավ արյան շրջանառություն ունեն, մարզված սրտամկան, օրգանիզմի բարելավված ընդհանուր տոնուս։

5. Սեքսի շնորհիվ կարելի է մոռանալ ցավազրկող հաբերի մասին։ Երեկոյան սեքսը լավագույն քնաբերն է։ Այն լիցքաթափում է ու թույլ տալիս քնել առանց դժվարությունների։ Իսկ ահա առավոտյան սեքսը, հակառակը, թարմացնում է ու թույլ տալիս ամբողջ օրը զգալ եռանդ եւ ուժերի հոսք։

6. Սեքսն ունի դետոքս-էֆեկտ։ Այսինքն՝ սեռական ակտի ժամանակ արյունն սկսում է ավելի արագ շրջանառել՝ մեզ ազատելով թույներից։
