Ներքին կինոարտադրողի սպառման խնդիրները լուծելու համար նախատեսվում է Հայաստանում ստեղծել մոտ 40 կինոթատրոն

«Կինոյի մասին» օրենքի լրամշակված տարբերակով ներքին և արտասահմանցի ներդրողների համար Հայաստանում բավականին գրավիչ պայմաններ կստեղծվեն: Նախատեսվում է նաև ստեղծել մոտ 40 կինոթատրոն՝ ներքին կինոարտադրողների համար սպառման շուկայում առկա խնդիրը լուծելու նպատակով: Մինչև տարեվերջ կընդունվի «Կինոյի մասին» օրենքի լրամշակված տարբերակը:
«Արտասահմանցի կինոարտադրողների համար նախատեսել ենք բավականին լավ պայմաններ: Եվ այդ շահագրգռող պայմանները պետք է օրենքի ուժ ստանան «Կինոյի մասին» օրենքի փոփոխմամբ: Օրենքի լրամշակված տարբերակը կշրջանառվի հաջորդ շաբաթ շահագրգիռ բոլոր կազմակերպություններում: Այն ուղարկվելու է պրոդյուսերական ընկերություններին: Հրավիրելու ենք նախարարություն՝ քննարկման, որից հետո ժամանակ է տրվելու՝ դիտողությունները և ակնկալիքները նախարարությանն ուղարկելու»,-ասաց Արմեն Ամիրյանն ու հավելեց, որ այն կհամադրեն նաև այլ օրենքների համար:
Նախարարի խոսքով՝ ներքին կինոարտադրողներն ամենամեծ խնդիրն ունեն սպառման շուկայում: «Այսօր Հայաստանում աշխատում է 4-5 կինոթատրոն, և լավագույն ֆիլմի ակնկալվող շահույթը կարող է լինել 80-100 մլն դրամ: Կարող ենք հետևություն անել՝ եթե ֆիլմարտադրողը գիտի իր շահույթի այդ չափը, ապա չի կարող 20-25 մլն-ից ավելի ծախսել: Մենք աշխատում ենք, որ Հայաստանում լինի գոնե 40 կինոթատրոն՝ ակնկալվող շահույթը դարձնելու գոնե 300-350 մլն դրամ: Այդ դեպքում ներդրումը կինոարտադրության մեջ կլինի գոնե 120 մլն դրամ: Սպառման շուկան նաև շատ կարևոր է ֆիլմի որակի համար»,-ասաց Արմեն Ամիրյանը:
Նախարարը կարևորեց նաև մոտ ապագայում «Հայկ» փաստավավերագրական ֆիլմերի կինոստուդիան և Հայաստանի ազգային կինոկենտրոնը միավորելը:
