Արդեն մեկ տարի է, ինչ մոսկվաբնակ հաղորդավարուհի Անի Դաշյանը վայելում է մայրության բերկրանքը, բայց նաեւ, իր խոսքով, նոր-նոր է ընտելանում մայրիկի կարգավիճակին, քանի որ շատերի նման հետծննդաբերական դեպրեսիայի միջով է անցել: Անին էլ շատերի նման հղիության ընթացքում գիրացել է, որից հետո ճիշտ սննդակարգով միայն վերադարձել հին կշռին: Life.panorama.am-ի հետ զրույցում հաղորդավարուհին կիսվել է նիհարելու իր տարբերակով:
«Բալիկի ծնունդից մի քանի ամիս անց միայն հասկացա, որ պետք է անհապաղ քայլեր ձեռնարկել ավելորդ քաշից ազատվելու համար: Դեռ չէի մտածել, թե ինչ տարբերակով պետք է նիհարեմ, երբ իմ վաղեմի ընկերներից Գայանե Շախատունին, ով սննդի խորհրդատու է եւ պրոֆեսիոնալ ու հաջողակ մասնագետ այդ ոլորտում, առաջարկեց համատեղ աշխատել: Չնայած բավականին դժվար է տարբեր երկներում գտնվելով աշխատելը, բայց ես իմ մեջ ուժ գտա եւ հետեւելով Գայանեի խորհուրդներին ու ամեն օր առաջարկած ճաշացանկին, շատ արագ ազատվեցի ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից եւ նույնիսկ ավելին: Այդ միջոցով ամենակարեւորը սովորեցի ճիշտ եւ առողջ սնվել, այն ինձ համար արդեն ապրելակերպ է դարձել: Ի դեպ՝ շնորհակալ եմ Գայանեին՝ ինձ թեթեւացնելու համար»,- ժպիտով պատմեց Անին:

Հաղորդավարուհին հղիության ընթացքում 80 կգ է կշռել.
«Ծննդաբերության գնացի 80 կգ քաշով, որդուս ունենալուց հետո ընդամենը 5 կգ նիհարեցի, իսկ այժմ 57 կգ եմ: Կարծում եմ՝ վատ ցուցանիշ չէ»,- նշեց նա:
Խոսելով ճիշտ սննդակարգի մասին՝ Անի Դաշյանը նկատեց.
«Իրականում, իմ կյանքում եղել են ժամանակներ, երբ տարբեր դիետաներ եմ փորձել, բայց այս պահին վստահ կարող եմ ասել, որ դրանք պարզապես հիմարություններ են: Որքան արագ նիհարում, այնքան արագ էլ հավաքում ես կորցրածդ քաշը: Պետք է ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից ազատվել ուտելով՝ քիչ-քիչ, բայց շուտ-շուտ: Պետք է առողջ սնվել, հնարավորինս օգտագործել բնական սնունդ՝ միրգ բանջարեղեն, կանաչեղեն, հրաժարվել տապակած ամեն ինչից: Սրան զուգահեռ օրվա ընթացքում խմել 1.5-2 լիտր ջուր, բայց ոչ ուտելու ընթացքում: Ամենակարեւորը՝ նման սննդակարգը դարձնել ապրելակերպ եւ դրա հետ մեկտեղ էլ ժամանակ գտնել սպորտով զբաղվելու համար»:
Անի Դաշյանի կարծիքով կնոջ գեղեցկության գրավականը շատ պարզ է.
«Գրավականը երջանկությունից փայլող աչքերն են: Ինչ վերաբերվում է ներքին գեղեցկությանը, այս առումով իմ չափորոշիչները նույնն են թե տղամարդկանց, թե կանանց համար: Մարդը ներքուստ գեղեցիկ է իր ազնվությամբ, զարգացվածությամբ, գրագիտությամբ, ներողամտությամբ եւ նվիրվածությամբ»,- հավելեց հաղորդավարուհին:
