ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում՝ պարզվել են Արմավիրի մարզպետի խորհրդական Մանուկ Սիմոնյանի սպանության՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել վերջինիս կնոջը, ինչպես նաև որդուն արգելանքից ազատելու որոշում է կայացվել:
Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի
տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 25-ին՝ ժամը 23.30-ի սահմաններում, Արմավիրի մարզի Մյասնիկյան-Դալարիկ ճանապարհի 3-րդ կմ-ից դեպի աջ ընկած՝ մոտ 300 մ հեռավորությամբ գտնվող «Դալարիկի ձոր» կոչվող տարածքում, հայտնաբերվել էր 1965 թ. ծնված Մանուկ Սիմոնյանի դիակը՝ փաթաթված և կապկպված:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ տուժողի կինը պարբերաբար բռնության է ենթարկվել ամուսնու կողմից: 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 22-ին՝ առավոտյան, կնոջ և ամուսնու միջև տեղի է ունեցել հերթական վիճաբանությունը, ինչից հետո ամուսինը քնել է, և կինը փայտ կոտրելու կացնով հարվածել է քնած ամուսնուն, ով ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից մահացել է: Այնուհետև կինը զանգահարել է որդուն և տուն կանչել: Հաջորդ օրը՝ ժամը 04:00-ի սահմաններում, ամուսնու ավտոմեքենայով, որդու հետ ամուսնու դիակը տեղափոխել և թաքցրել են Արմավիրի մարզի Մյասնիկյան-Դալարիկ ավտոճանապարհի աջակողմյան ամայի տարածքում:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ տուժողի կնոջը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ կնոջ նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ: Որոշում է կայացվել նաև տուժողի որդուն արգելանքից ազատելու մասին:
