Ուստի արձակուրդից առաջ մի քանի կիլոգրամ նիհարելն էլ չէր խանգարի: Երբեմն էլ անհրաժեշտ է լինում անթերի տեսք ունենալ երեկոյան զգեստով, հարսանք կամ այլ խնջույքների գնալու համար: Մասնագետները նոր փորձ են կատարել և բացահայտել, որ բանանի դիետան արագ նիհարելու լավագույն միջոցներից է: Բանանի դիետան բաղկացած է միայն բանանից: Այս դիետան տևում է 3-ից 7 օր, որի ընթացքում հնարավոր է 3-ից 7 կիլոգրամ կորցնել:
Այս կարճաժամկետ դիետայի առավելությունն այն է̦ որ այդ օրերի ընթացքում սով չես զգում, քանի որ բանանը կալիորիական մթերք է, որը օրգանիզմից հեռացնում է ավելորդ տոքսինները և լավացնում է մաշկը: Դիետայի ընթացքում երեկոյան թույլատրվում է անյուղ կեֆիր ըմպել, իսկ բանանը կարելի է ուտել այնքան, որքան կամենում եք:
Խմիչքներից կարելի է ջուր և կանաչ թեյ խմել: Այս բանանային դիետան հակացուցված է միայն նրանց, ովքեր տառապում են շաքարային դիաբետով:
