Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում ծեծի ենթարկված ՊՊԾ գունդը զավթելու մեջ մեղադրվողներից Արայիկ Խանդոյանը չնայած գործով տուժող է, բայց պատշաճ փորձաքննության չի ենթարկվել, քննիչն էլ այցելել է ընդամենը մեկ անգամ: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արայիկ Խանդոյանի պաշտպաններից Արայիկ Պապիկյանը:

«Խանդոյանի մոտ բժիշկ է գնացել, հետը զրուցել է, արտաքնապես զննել են ու վերջ: Սկզբի օրերն էլ, որ ասում էին, թե ոչինչ չկա Խանդոյանի մոտ, սուսիկ-փուսիկ տարել ու սիստեմա են միացրել, որովհետև իրականում Խանդոյանը լավ չէր»,- ասաց պաշտպանը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Խանդոյանի առողջական վիճակին, Պապիկյանն ասաց.«Գլխացավեր ունի, երիկամներ ցավեր, այդ խնդիրներ իր մոտից չեն վերացել»:

Հարցին, թե եթե մակերեսորեն է զննվել, ինչպես է եզրակացություն կազմվելու, և բացի այդ, դրա հիման վրա՞ է փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը տրվելու, Արայիկ Պապիկյանն ասաց.«Մենք չգիտենք, բայց իրենց ինչ պետք է, դա էլ կգրեն: Որ ստանանք այդ եզրակացությունը նոր կհասկանանք, թե իրենցից ինչ է պահանջվել անել և ինչ է զննվել»:
Արայիկ Պապիկյանն ասաց, որ մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում ընդամենը մեկ անգամ քննիչ է այցելել և այլ գործողություն չի կատարվել:

«Ես գրեթե չեմ էլ կասկածում, որ ի վերջո ոչ ոք չի պատժվելու, նրանք սովոր են նման գործերը կոծկելու փակելու, արդյունքում ոչ մեկ չի պատժվի»,- ասաց Պապիկյանը, հավելելով, որ դեռ տեղյակ չէ, թե ում է առաջադրվել մեղադրանքը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ս. թ. հուլիսի 3-ին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 309-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել 28.06.2017թ.-ին Երևան քաղաքի Ավան և Նոր-Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում ՊՊԾ գնդի զինված զավթման մեջ մեղադրվող կալանավորված անձանց և ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների միջև տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի առիթով:

Նշենք, որ ըստ պաշտպանների՝ դատարանում ծեծի է ենթարկվել հինգ ամբաստանյալ՝ Մխիթար Ավետիսյանը, Արեգ Կյուրեղյանը, Գագիկ Եղիազարյանը, Արայիկ Խանդոյանը:

Ամբաստանյալները տուժող են ճանաչվել:
