Օրգանիզմի ծերացումն անշրջելի գործընթաց է: Սակայն հիմնականում մենք մեր ձեռքերով ենք արագացնում այն: Ինչպե՞ս և ինչու՞:

Ամեն ինչ շատ պարզ է: Սխալ կենսակերպը, վնասակար սովորությունները, ոչ կանոնավոր խնամքը նպաստում են հյուսվածքների արագ ծերացմանը և արդյունքում՝ մենք ստանում են կախված մաշկ, որից կարելի էր խուսափել առնվազն 10 տարի:

Եվ այսպես, մեր ո՞ր ամենօրյա սովորություններն են նպաստում են մաշկի ժամանակից շուտ ծերացմանը:

Ծանր դիմահարդարումը

Բացի նրանից, որ կոսմետիկան թույլ չի տալիս մաշկին նորմալ «շնչել» և փակում է ծակոտիները, այն կարող է ընդգծել դեմքի մանր կնճիռները: Ընդհանրապես պետք է զգուշավորությամբ օգտագործել առանց խոնավեցնող ազդեցության թանձր տոնային միջոցները:

Արագ սնունդը և ալկոհոլը մեր օրգանիզմի հետ սարսափելի բաներ են անում: Կնճիռներ, ակնե, ավելորդ յուղայնություն կամ հակառակը՝ չորություն: Իհարկե, եթե շատ եք ցանկանում, կարող եք ձեզ թույլ տալ քիչ քանակությամբ, հազարից մեկ ոչ այդքան օգտակար բան: Սակայն մտածեք՝ ի՞նչն է ձեր համար կարևորը՝ առողջ, գեղեցիկ մա՞շկը, թե՞ բուրգերը:

Մաշկի ծածկույթի ամենօրյա վնասում

Հաճախ մենք չենք էլ նկատում, թե ինչպես ենք ինքներս վնասում մաշկը: Օրինակ, երբ քնում ենք անհարմար դիրքով կամ դեմքով՝ բարձին: Իհարկե, դա դժվար է վերահսկել, սակայն, եթե առավոտյան ձեր դեմքն այտուցվում է, կամ վրան գծեր են հայտնվում, արժե փոխել քնելու դիրքը: Բացի այդ՝ պետք է հաճախ փոխել բարձի երեսը․ այն ինչին հպվում է ձեր դեմքի մաշկը, պետք է մաքուր լինի:
