Հնդկաձավարի դիետան ժամանակային իմաստով ամենաարդյունավետը չէ, քանի որ այն տևում է 14 օր, սակայն համարվում է լավագույններից մեկն այն տեսանկյունից, որ առողջարար է, չի առաջացնում մյուս դիետաներին հատուկ գլխապտույտ ու թուլություն, նպաստում է ցելյուլիտի վերացմանը, և երկրորդ շաբաթվա ավարտին արդյունքը դառնում է ակնհայտ:
Արդյունքները, իհարկե, գայթակղիչ են, սակայն պետք է կարողանալ կամք դրսեւորել ողջ ճանապարհն անշեղորեն անցնելու համար:)
Հնդկաձավարի դիետան չի ենթադրում որևէ այլ մթերքի օգտագործում այդ ընթացքում, բացի հնդկաձավարից ու կեֆիրից: Ընդ որում, կա պատրաստման առանձնահատուկ եղանակ. հնդկաձավարը պետք է պատրաստել նախորդ օրը՝ ողջ հաջորդ օրն օգտագործելու համար: Ջրի հետ խաշել հնդկաձավարը չի կարելի: Պետք է 0,5 կգ հնդկաձավարի վրա լցնել 1,5 լ եռացրած ջուր, կաթսան փաթաթել կտորով ու թողնել մինչև առավոտ:
Հնդկաձավարի հետ չօգտագործել ոչ մի լցոն կամ համեմունք, անգամ աղ: Զուգահեռ կարելի է միայն կեֆիր խմել: Երեկոյան վեցից հետո ուտելն առհասարակ արգելվում է: Միայն քնելուց առաջ ուժեղ սով զգալու դեպքում կարելի է խմել մեկ բաժակ կեֆիր:
Եվս մեկ առանձնահատկություն. եթե անգամ հիշյալ 14 օրվա ընթացքում ձեռք բերած արդյունքը չի գոհացնում, դիետան կարելի է վերսկսել ոչ ավելի շուտ, քան մեկ ամսից:
