Budetezdorovy.ru-ն գրում է, որ գիշերային քրտնարտադրությունը բավական տարածված երևույթ է, որը կարող է վկայել նաև առողջության հետ կապված լուրջ խնդիրների առկայության մասին։ 1. Էստրոգեն։ Կանանց շրջանում գիշերային քրտնարտադրության հիմնական պատճառներից մեկն էստրոգենի ցածր կամ տատանվող քանակն է։ Սա կարող է առաջանալ ծննդաբերությունից հետո կամ հակաբեղմնավորիչների օգտագործման արդյունքում, դաշտանադադարից առաջ և դրա ընթացքում։ Այս բոլոր վիճակներում էստրոգենի մակարդակը տարբեր է, ինչը հանգեցնում է թեթև կամ առատ քրտնարտադրության։ Սա ճնշում է գործադրում մակերիկամների վրա, ինչը հանգեցնում է հոգնածության, դեպրեսիայի, քաշի ավելացման։ 2. Որոշակի նյութեր։ Ըստ որոշ հետազոտությունների՝ հակադեպրեսանտներ օգտագործող մարդկանց 22 տոկոսը գիշերային քրտնարտադրության խնդիրներ ունի։ Պատճառներից մեկը կարող է լինել նաև արյան մեջ շաքարի քիչ քանակը։ Շաքարային դիաբետով տառապող անձինք, ովքեր դեղամիջոցներ են օգտագործում, ևս կարող են գիշերային քրտնարտադրություն ունենալ։ 3. Հիպերհիդրոզ։ Այս դեպքում օրգանիզմը մեծ քանակով քրտինք է արտադրում՝ առանց ակնհայտ պատճառի։ Եթե խնդիրը կապված է դրա հետ, մարդիկ հիմնականում քրտնում են մարմնի որոշակի հատվածում, իսկ մյուս հատվածները չոր են մնում։ Հիմնականում խոսքը ձեռքերի, ոտքերի կամ գլխի մասին է։ 4. Վարակի, տուբերկուլյոզի, քաղցկեղի հնարավոր նշաններ։ Գիշերային քրտնարտադրությունը կարող է նաև վարակի կամ թաքնված հիվանդության նշան լինել։ Սակայն պետք է հիշել, որ այդ հիվանդություններն ուղեկցվում են բազմաթիվ այլ նշաններով ևս, և միայն քրտնարտադրությունն անհանգստության առիթ չպետք է դառնա։
