«Եթե քաղաքացին ցանկանում է ճամփորդել և հին նմուշի անձնագրում օտարերկրյա պետությունում վավերականության նշում կատարելու համար չի դիմել (հանրության մոտ ընդունված է անվանել ելքի վիզա կամ թույլտվություն), իսկ օրը ոչ աշխատանքային է կամ աշխատանքային ժամն ավարտվել է, երկրից դուրս գալիս սահմանային անցման ցանկացած կետում կարող է դիմել նշված գործողության համար»,- ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Ոստիկանության անձնագրային վարչության պետ Մնացական Բիչախչյանը:
Նա նաև իրազեկում է, որ ի տարբերություն անձնագրային ծառայություն դիմելու, այս դեպքում բացի յուրաքանչյուր տարվա համար է 1.000- ական դրամ պետտուրք վճարելու, գանձվում է նաև միանվագ 10.000 դրամ, անկախ վավերականության նշում կատարելու տարիների քանակի:
