  ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ 28-ամյա երիտասարդի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ. մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2017թ. հուլիսի 30-ին՝ ժամը 19:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան-Սևան-Իջևան ավտոճանապարհի 63-րդ կմ հատվածում հնչել են կրակոցներ, որի հետևանքով Արարատի մարզի բնակիչը՝ ծնված 1989թ., ձախ քունքային շրջանում ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքից մահացել է: Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Նույն օրը ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը ներկայացել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին, ներկայացրել հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող որսորդական հրացանը: Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. հուլիսի 30-ին՝ ժամը 18:50-ի սահմաններում, Սևանի լողափերից մեկում տեղի է ունեցել ծեծկռտուք, որին մասնակցություն են ունեցել 1957թ. ծնված տղամարդ, 28-ամյա երիտասարդը, որից հետո՝ ժամը 19:15-ին,Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչը՝ ծնված 1957թ.՝ մահացած վիճակում, տեղափոխվել է «Սևան» բժշկական կենտրոն: Քննությամբ պարզվել է նաև, որ ձերբակալված անձը մահացած տղամարդու որդին է: Կատարվում է քննություն, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

 Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
