ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աջակցությամբ զորակոչիկը ծառայության է անցել բնակության վայրին մոտ գտնվող զորամասում: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից, զորակոչիկը մայրը խնդրել է ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աջակցությունը որդուն բնակության վայրին մոտ գտնվող զորամաս զորակոչելու հարցում:

Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի զինծառայողների և նրանց ընտանիքների անդամների իրավունքների պաշտպանության ստորաբաժանման աշխատակիցները նույն օրն այցելել են Հանրապետական կենտրոնական հավաքակայան: ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության իրավասու ներկայացուցիչների հետ համատեղ ուսումնասիրվել են զորակոչիկի ընտանեկան դրությունը հավաստող փաստաթղթերը:

Արդյունքում, զորակոչիկը մասնակցել է բնակության վայրին մոտ գտնվող զորամասում ծառայելու արտոնություն ունեցող զորակոչիկների համար նախատեսված վիճակահանությանը, և զինվորական ծառայության անցել բնակության վայրին մոտ գտնվող զորամասում:

«Զինապարտության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 11-րդ հոդվածի 7-րդ մասի համաձայն՝ պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչի ժամանակ, ինչպես նաև պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության ընթացքում բնակության վայրին մոտ գտնվող զորամասում ծառայելու արտոնությունից օգտվում են`

ա) միայնակ և տարիքային կենսաթոշակի անցած կամ երրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամ հոր կամ մոր միակ զավակը.

բ) Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանների պաշտպանության, զինված ուժերում և այլ զորքերում ծառայության ընթացքում զոհված (մահացած) հայր (մայր) կամ եղբայր (քույր) ունեցող զորակոչիկները.

գ) ամուսնացած և մեկ երեխա ունեցող զորակոչիկները.

դ) երկկողմանի ծնողազուրկ զորակոչիկները, ինչպես նաև միակողմանի ծնողազուրկ այն զորակոչիկները, որոնք չունեն չափահաս քույր կամ եղբայր:

 Բնակության վայրին մոտ գտնվող զորամաս է համարվում զորակոչիկի հաշվառման (հաշվառում չունեցողները՝ փաստացի բնակության) վայրից մինչև 150 կմ տեղակայված զորամասը:
