Գիտնականների հաշվարկներով՝ ամռանը մարդուն տանջում է ծարավը, երբ նա օրական կորցնում է 1 լիտր հեղուկ, իսկ 2 լիտրի կորստյան դեպքում թուլանում է ուղեղի գործունեությունը, 3 լիտրի դեպքում սկսվում է գլխապտույտ, իսկ 4 լիտրի դեպքում առաջանում է ուշաթափություն և սրտի տագնապ: Իհարկե, հեղուկի որոշ մասը կարող են լրացնել մրգերը, արգանակները, բանջարեղենը, սակայն դրանց միջոցով հնարավոր չէ հագեցնել ծարավը: Այս մասին հայտնում է eurolab.ua-ը:

Կանաչ թեյը ամենալավ միջոցն է ծարավը հագեցնելու համար: Այն պահանջվում է խմել ջրից 3 անգամ քիչ: Կարելի է օգտագործել տաք, գոլ և սառը վիճակում առանց շաքարի: Սև թեյը պարունակում է կոֆեին, այդ պատճառով օգտագործեք չափավոր: Արյան բարձր ճնշում ունեցողներին արգելվում է թեյ օգտագործել:
Հյութեր
Թարմ հյութերը գերազանց հագեցնում են ծարավը և նվազեցնում սովի զգացողությունը՝ հարստացնելով օրգանիզմը հանքանյութերով և վիտամիններով: Դրանք պետք է խմել պատրաստելուց անմիջապես հետո, ավելի լավ է առավոտյան: Շոգ եղանակին կարելի է հյութերին ավելացնել ջուր: Ամռանը լավ են բալի, թուրինջի, սալորի, լոլիկի և հոնի հյութերը և իհարկե՝ կիտրոնի հյութը:

Հագեցնում է ծարավը, որովհետև պարունակում է աղեր և հանքանյութեր, որոնք քրտինքի միջոցով արտազատվում են օրգանիզմից: Խմելիս կարելի է մեջը գցել կիտրոնի կտորներ: Սրտանոթային հիվանդություններ ունեցողներին խորհուրդ չի տրվում հանքային ջուր օգտագործել:
