Տորոնտոյում համահայկական հիմնադրամի դրամահավաքը ռեկորդային գումար է հանգանակել Արցախի համար

Կանադայի Տորոնտո քաղաքում «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի կազմակերպմամբ և Կանադայում ՀՀ դեսպանության աջակցությամբ հոկտեմբերի 18-ին կայացավ ամենամյա դրամահավաքի միջոցառումը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից,
Երեկոյին ներկա էին Կանադայում ՀՀ դեսպան Արմեն Եգանյանը, Կանադայի Հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ, Տեր Աբգար եպիսկոպոս Հովակիմյանը, հոգևոր հայրեր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչներ, լրագրողներ, հայ համայնքի բազմաթիվ ներկայացուցիչներ: Երեկոյի պատվո հյուրն էր Դադիվանքի, իսկ նախկինում` Գանձասարի հոգևոր հովիվ Տեր Հովհաննես քահանա Հովհաննիսյանը, ով իր խոսքում վերհիշեց դրվագներ Արցախյան ազատամարտի տարիներից:
Դեսպան Արմեն Եգանյանն իր ելույթում նշեց, որ հայ ազգն այսօր իր ուրույն ներդրումն ունի ինչպես հայրենիքի, այնպես էլ աշխարհի շատ երկրների զարգացման գործում, իսկ Հայաստանն ու Արցախը մեծ նվաճումներ են արձանագրում ամենատարբեր ոլորտներում: «Մեծապես կարևորելով «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի ծավալած գործունեությունը` թույլ տվե՛ք առանձնացնել վերջինիս Տորոնտոյի մասնաճյուղի աշխատանքները, որը տարիներ շարունակ ապացուցում է իր ուժը, տոկունությունը և մեծ հաջողությունների հասնելու կարողությունը»,- նշեց դեսպանը:
Երեկոյի ընթացքում հավաքագրված ավելի քան 700 հազար դոլար ռեկորդային գումարն ուղղվելու է Արցախի զարգացմանը միտված մի շարք կարևոր ծրագրերի իրագործմանը:
