 Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում դատավոր Արշակ Վարդանյանի գլխավորությամբ հուլիսի 31-ին մեկնարկեց Սամվել Բաբայանի և մյուսների գործով առաջին դատական նիստը: Դատական նիստի մեկնարկին ճշտվեց ամբաստանյալների ինքնությունը, որից հետո դատավորը բոլոր պաշտպանների ներկայությունն ապահովելու համար նիստը հետաձգեց և նշանակեց օգոստոսի 28-ին ժամը 11-ին: Նիստերը տեղի կունենան յուրաքանչյուր երկուշաբթի օր: «Արմենպրես»-ը  ներկայացնում է 7 ամբաստանյալների մեղադրական եզրակացության համառոտ բովանդակությունը.

 Սամվել Բաբայանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա դրդել է մի խումբ անձանց` նախնական համաձայնությամբ ապօրինի կերպով ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող «Իգլա» տեսակի դյուրակիր զենիթահռթիռային համալիր ձեռք բերելուն, փոխադրելուն և պահելուն, ինչպես նաև փոխարկման արդյունքում ձեռք է բերել հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված գույք:

Սանասար Գաբրիելյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա մի խումբ անձանց հետ` նախնական համաձայնությամբ ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել, փոխադրել և պահել ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող «Իգլա» տեսակի դյուրակիր զենիթահռթիռային համալիր:

Արմեն Պողոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա մի խումբ անձանց հետ` նախնական համաձայնությամբ ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել, փոխադրել և պահել ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող «Իգլա» տեսակի դյուրակիր զենիթահռթիռային համալիր:

Կարեն Քոչարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա օժանդակել է հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված գույքը` դրա հանցավոր ծագումը և իրական բնույթը խեղաթյուրելու և օրինական շրջանառության մեջ մտցնելու նպատակով ձեռք բերելուն:

Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա օժանդակել է հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված գույքը` դրա հանցավոր ծագումը և իրական բնույթը խեղաթյուրելու և օրինական շրջանառության մեջ մտցնելու նպատակով ձեռք բերելուն:

Ժորա Զաքարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա օժանդակել է հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված գույքը` դրա հանցավոր ծագումը և իրական բնույթը խեղաթյուրելու և օրինական շրջանառության մեջ մտցնելու նպատակով ձեռք բերելուն:

Դավիթ Հարությունյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա օժանդակել է հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված գույքը` դրա հանցավոր ծագումը և իրական բնույթը խեղաթյուրելու և օրինական շրջանառության մեջ մտցնելու նպատակով ձեռք բերելուն:
