«Սլավմեդ» բժշկական կենտրոնում հետաձգվեց ծննդկան Տաթեւ Գասպարյանի մահվան գործով առաջին դատական նիստը

«Սլավմեդ» բժշկական կենտրոնում ծննդկան Տաթեւ Գասպարյանի մահվան գործով առաջին դատական նիստն այսօր՝ հուլիսի 31-ին, հետաձգվեց օրը հայտնի է:
Երեւանի Արաբկիր եւ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում դատավոր Աննա Մաթեւոսյանը հայտարարեց, որ տուժողի իրավահաջորդ Նորայր Հարությունյանից գրություն է ստացվել այն մասին, որ խնդրում է նիստը հետաձգել, քանի որ իրեն ժամանակ է հարկավոր գործում նոր փաստաբան ներգրավվելու համար: Դատավորը որոշեց նիստը հետաձգել եւ նշանակել սեպտեմբերի 11-ին:
Նշենք, որ այս գործով երկու ամբաստանյալ կա՝ «Սլավմեդ» բժշկական կենտրոնի բժիշկներ Լիանա Դաղբաշյանն ու Կարեն Բաղդասարյանը: Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Կարեն Բաղդասարյանը կեսարյան վիրահատության ենթարկված եւ հիվանդասենյակ տեղափոխված ծննդկան Տաթեւիկ Գասպարյանի բժշկական օգնությունը եւ սպասարկումը կազմակերպելու ժամանակ իր մասնագիտական պարտականությունների նկատմամբ անփույթ եւ անբարեխիղճ վերաբերմունքի հետեւանքով դրանք իրականացրել է ոչ պատշաճ, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է բուժվող հիվանդ Տ․Գասպարյանի մահը։ Հղիությունը վարած եւ կեսարյան հատումն իրականացրած Լիանա Դաղբաշյանը նույնպես հետվիրահատական սրահ տեղափոխված ծննդկան Տաթեւիկ Գասպարյանի բժշկական օգնությունը եւ սպասարկումը կազմակերպելու ժամանակ իր մասնագիտական պարտականությունների նկատմամբ անփույթ եւ անբարեխիղճ վերաբերմունքի հետեւանքով դրանք իրականացրել է ոչ պատշաճ, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է բուժվող հիվանդի մահը։
«Սլավմեդ» բժշկական կենտրոնի բժիշկներին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով:
