Բրյուսելում տեղի է ունեցել ՏՏ-ին նվիրված հայ-բելգիական համաժողով

Եվրոպայում հայկական տեղեկատվական և հեռահաղորդակցության արշավի շրջանակներում Բրյուսելում հոկտեմբերի 19-ին կայացավ «Հայաստանի և Բելգիայի միջև համագործակցության հնարավորությունները» խորագրով գործարար համաժողով, որը կազմակերպվել էր ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության, Բելգիայում ՀՀ դեսպանության և առևտրական կցորդի, ՎալոնիÕ �յի արտահանման և ներդրումների գործակալության, Ագորիա բիզնես ակումբի, Ֆլամանդրիայի ներդրումների և առևտրի գործակալության, ՀԲԸՄ Եվրոպայի մասնաճյուղի կողմից` Ձեռնարկությունների ինկուբատոր հիմնադրամի հետ համագործակցաբար: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:
Համաժողովին բացման խոսքով հանդես եկավ Բելգիայում ՀՀ դեսպան, ԵՄ-ում ՀՀ առաքելության ղեկավար Թաթուլ Մարգարյանը: Ողջունելով Եվրոպայում հայկական տեղեկատվական և հեռահաղորդակցության արշավի նախաձեռնողներին` դեսպանն իր խոսքում, մասնավորապես, ասաց.
«Տեղեկատվական և հեռահաղորդակցման տեխնոլոգիաների (ՏՀՏ) ոլորտը Հայաստանի տնտեսության արագ զարգացող ճյուղերից մեկն է: Անկախությունից ի վեր մեր ձգտումն է եղել ձևավորել ժամանակակից գիտության վրա հիմնված տնտեսություն` հաշվի առնելով նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ գիտատար ոլորտները, ինչպես նաև` որակյալ աշխատուժը, ավանդաբար հանդիսացել են Հայաստանի տնտեսական բարեկեցության հիմքը, և այն, որ Հայաստանը ոչ առանց հիմքի կոչել են Խորհրդային Միության «Սիլիկոնային հովիտ»:
Համաժողովի մասնակիցներին ողջունեցին Վալոնիայի արտահանման և ներդրումների գործակալության գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ Շանտալ Դե Բլուն, «Թեքնոլոջի ընդ Սայնս Դայնամիքս» ընկերության հիմնադիր տնօրեն և «Նյու Թեքնոլոջի Էդուքեյշն Ֆոնդ»-ի հիմնադիր Վահան Շաքարյանը:
Միջոցառման ընթացքում Ձեռնարկությունների ինկուբատոր հիմնադրամի և «Թեքնոլոջի ընդ Սայնս Դայնամիքս» ընկերության կողմից ներկայացվեցին Հայաստանի, իսկ բելգիական Ագորիա բիզնես ակումբի ու Վալոնիայի «Աժանս դու Նումերիք» ընկերության կողմից` Բելգիայի տեղեկատվական և հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտի զարգացման առանձնահատկությունները և միտումները, ինչը բացառիկ հնարավորություն ստեղծեց հայկական ընկերությունների համար` տեղում ծանոթանալու և գործընկերության հեռանկարային ծրագրեր քննարկելու ոլորտի պատասխանատուների հետ:
Եվրոպական միության ՓՄՁ գործադիր գործակալության կողմից ներկայացվեցին Ձեռնարկությունների եվրոպական ցանցը և COSME ծրագիրը, որոնք հնարավորություն են ընձեռում հայկական ընկերություններին` ստանալու ֆինանսական և խորհրդատվական աջակցություն` ՓՄՁ ոլորտում գործունեություն ծավալելու և համապատասխան ծրագրեր իրականացնելու համար:
Համաժողովին քննարկվեցին Հայաստանում և Բելգիայում ՏՀՏ ոլորտի առկա ձեռքբերումները, ՏՏ ոլորտում հայ-բելգիական համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման հնարավորությունները, իրականացվեց փորձի փոխանակում: Միջոցառման ավարտին հանդիպումներ կայացան Հայաստանը և Բելգիան ներկայացնող կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների միջև, որին հաջորդեց ՏՀՏ արշավի մասնակիցների և հյուրերի պատվին տրված ընդունելություն:
