Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել «Արթիկ» ՔԿՀ-ի դատապարտյալի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչ, «Արթիկ» ՔԿՀ-ի բաց ուղղիչ հիմնարկի դատապարտյալին ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 20-ին «Գյումրի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից հաղորդում էր ստացվել առ այն, որ բազմաթիվ կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքներով, ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 35-45 տարեկան մի տղամարդ:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է տուժողի ինքնությունը, վերջինիս մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառելու հանգամանքները, միջադեպին մասնակցություն ունեցած անձանց շրջանակը: Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 20-ին՝ ժամը 03:25-ի սահմաններում,Գյումրի քաղաքի Խրիմյան Հայրիկ փողոցում գտնվող ակումբի մոտ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել «Արթիկ» ՔԿՀ-ի բաց ուղղիչ հիմնարկի դատապարտյալի և Գյումրի քաղաքի 27-ամյա բնակչի միջև, որից հետո վերջինս իր մոտ եղած սուր կտրող գործիքով մի քանի անգամ հարվածել է դատապարտյալի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ առողջությանը պատճառելով ծանր վնաս:
Սակայն 27-ամյա երիտասարդի կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցվել. դեպքից անմիջապես հետո բաց ուղղիչ հիմնարկի դատապարտյալը տեղափոխվել է «Գյումրի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ, որտեղ հաջողվել է փրկել նրա կյանքը: Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Գյումրի քաղաքի 27-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով`դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
