Ամառը շոգ ժամանակաշրջան է, երբ մազերի վրա բացասականորեն ազդում են արտաքին գործոնները` քամին, տապը, արևային ճառագայթները: Այս շրջանում մեր մազերը հատուկ խնամքի կարիք ունեն:
Բոլոր տեսակի մազերն ամռան շոգին չորանում են, ինչի հետևանքով դառնում են թույլ և հեշտ կոտրատվող: Բացի այդ արևի հետևանքով մազերը կարող են կորցնել իրենց գույնը: Ինչպե՞ս խուսափել այս խնդիրներից և պահպանել մազերի գեղեցկությունը: Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս հետևել մի քանի հասարակ կանոնների.
Արևային եղանակին միշտ գլխարկ դրեք, որը ձեզ կպաշտպանի արևահարումից, իսկ մազերը՝ ուլտրամանուշակագաույն ճառագայթներից, քամուց ու տապից:
Օգտագործեք մազերի համար նախատեսված հատուկ կոսմետիկա: Այս ժամանակաշրջանում առավել օգտակար են այնպիսի շամպունները, բալզամները, կոնդիցիոններները և այլ միջոցները, որոնք պարունակում են բնական նյութեր, այդ թվում՝ յուղեր և կոկոս: Դրանք վերականգնում են մազերի կառուցվածքը, սնուցում և խոնավեցնում դրանք ամբողջ երկարությամբ:
Շատ հաճախ մի լվացեք գլուխը: Դա պետք է անել մի քանի օրը մեկ, կեղտոտվելուն պես: Շամպունը պետք է նախատեսված լինի ամենօրյա լվանալու համար:
Որքան հնարավոր է քիչ չորացրեք մազերը վարսահարդարիչով, արդուկով և այլ միջոցներով, որոնք կարող են վնասել մազերը:
Շաբաթը 1-2 անգամ մազերի դիմակներ արեք, որոնք կարելի է գնել խանութներում կամ պատրաստել տնային պայմաններում: Թթվասեր, կեֆիր, բուսական յուղեր և այլ բաղադրիչները կսնեն մազերը, կվերականգնեն դրանց գեղեցկությունը և փայլը:
Ներկելու համար օգտագործեք միայն խնայող նյութերով կամ բնական ներկեր, ինչպիսին խնան և բասման են:
Անպայման օգտագործեք հատուկ ամառային կոսմետիկա: Սփրեյեր, սրվակներ, կրեմներ, որոնք պետք չէ լվանալ: Դրանք պաշտպանում և խոնավեցնում են մազերը, առանց ծանրացնելու:
Գլուխը լվանալուց հետո վերջնական ողողման ջրի մեջ ավելացրեք բուժիչ բույսերի եփուկներ, օրինակ երիցուկի, եղեսպակի:
Հանգստի ժամանակ պահպանեք մազերը աղի ջրից: Իհարկե այն հարուստ է հանքանյութերով և օգտակար է գլխի մաշկի համար, սակայն շատ վատ է ազդում մազերի վրա, առավել ևս՝ ներկած կամ վնասված:
Բացի այդ, հիշեք, որ մազերը պետք է սնուցել ոչ միայն դրսից, այլև ներսից նույնպես: Այդ պատճառով հետևեք, որպեսզի ձեր սնունդը լինի հաշվեկշռված, իսկ օրգանիզմը բավարար քանակի հեղուկ ստանա: Աշխատեք խուսափել սթրեսներից, հոգնածությունից և հրաժարվեք վնասակար սովորույթներից: Այդ ժամանակ ձեր մազերը միշտ կլինեն գեղեցիկ, նուրբ և փայլուն:
