Դա փրկություն է․ նախարարությունը գյուղացիներին կօգնի անցնել կաթիլային ոռոգման

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանն այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 1-ին, Արմավիրի մարզ կատարած աշխատանքային այցի ժամանակ գյուղացիներին խորհուրդ է տվել անցնել կաթիլային ոռոգման` տեղեկացնելով, որ այդ նպատակով նախարարությունը պետական աջակցության ծրագիր է մշակել: Այս համակարգը հնարավորություն կտա արդյունավետ օգտագործել ջրային և հողային ռեսուրսները, շուրջ 40%-ով կրճատել ջրի ծախսը, ապահովել շուրջ 40% բերքատվության աճ, բերքի որակի բարելավում, ընդլայնել մշակովի հողատարածքները:
Ծրագրի շրջանակում հողօգտագործողներին կտրամադրվեն տարեկան 2% տոկոսադրույքով, 3 տարի մարման ժամկետով վարկեր:
«Կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգը փրկություն է, դա է ապագան»,-վստահ է նաև Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահը: Նրա կարծիքով` Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության առաջարկած պայմաններն իդեալական են, որպեսզի գյուղացին անցնի ոռոգման այդ համակարգին:
Արսեն Հարությունյանի խոսքով` այս տարի ջրամբարներում քիչ քանակությամբ ջուր է կուտակվել, և որպեսզի բոլոր համայնքներին անխափան ջրով կարողանան ապահովել, անցել են խնայողական ռեժիմի: Նա տեղեկացրել է նաև, որ ծրագրով Արմավիրի մարզում նախատեսված է եղել շահագործել 60 պոմպ, սակայն իրենք միացրել են ևս 90 հավելյալ պոմպ` ոռոգումն ապահովելու համար:
«Կան հարցեր, որոնք կարելի է շատ արագ լուծել, կան հարցեր, որոնք երկարաժամկետ լուծումներ են պահանջում: Այս ամենի հետ մեկտեղ մենք դեպի առաջ ենք նայում, որպեսզի երկարաժամկետ առումով համակարգված ծրագրեր ներկայացնենք: Ջրային տնտեսության կոմիտեն, իհարկե, ունի ծրագրեր ոռոգման հարցերը բարելավելու նպատակով, սակայն ջուրը տարեցտարի պակասում է, և առանց կաթիլային համակարգի և նոր տեխնոլոգիաների մենք չենք կարողանա առաջ շարժվել, ինչի համար էլ նախարարության կողմից մշակվել են մատչելի վարկերի ծրագրերը»,- լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել է Իգնատի Առաքելյանը:
Նախարարը հավելել է, որ Գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հիմնադրամի խորհրդատուները նույնպես կայցելեն տարբեր համայնքներ և առավել մանրամասն կներկայացնեն կաթիլային համակարգի առավելությունները, հնարավոր է, որ առանձին համայնքներում ցուցադրական համակարգեր տեղադրվեն, որպեսզի գյուղացին անձամբ տեսնի դրանց արդյունավետությունը:
