ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է Երեւանում դեղատան աշխատակցի նկատմամբ ավազակային հարձակում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը. քննությամբ բացահայտվել է նաեւ գողության 1 դրվագ:
2017թ. հունիսի 18-ին հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ Երեւանում գործող դեղատներից մեկում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձն ատրճանակը պահել է դեղատան աշխատակցի ուղղությամբ, սպառնացել, ապա՝ հափշտակել դրամարկղում եղած գումարը եւ դիմել փախուստի:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Վաղարշապատ քաղաքի 23-ամյա բնակիչ:
Նախնական քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2017թ. հունիսի 18-ին՝ ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, 23-ամյա երիտասարդը մուտք է գործել Երեւանում գործող դեղատներից մեկը եւ աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ որպես զենք օգտագործվող` ատրճանակի նմանվող առարկայի գործադրման սպառնալիքով, դրամարկղից հափշտակել է կանխիկ գումար, ապա՝ դիմել փախուստի:
Բազմակողմանի քննության արդյունքում բացահայտվել է նաեւ մեկ այլ հափշտակություն: Մասնավորապես՝ 23-ամյա երիտասարդը, աշխատանքի անցնելով բժշկական կենտրոնի սրճարանում, օգտվելով գանձապահի ժամանակավոր բացակայությունից՝ 2017թ. հունիսի 16-ին՝ ժամը 15:30-ին, դրամարկղից գաղտնի հափշտակել է կանխիկ գումար:
Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 23-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով եւ 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով:
Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
