Կառավարման խորհրդարանական մոդելն ավելի ժողովրդավարական է ու առաջադիմական, որը հստակ բաժանում է կատարում իշխանությունների թևերի միջև՝ հավասարակշռելով դրանք:
Հոկտեմբերի 20-ին «Արմենպրես» լրատվական գործակալության մամուլի սրահում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Գագիկ Մելիքյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների գործընթացին: «Ես կարծում եմ, որ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագծի ընդունումը մեր երկրի համար կայուն զարգացում կապահովի առաջիկա տարիների ընթացքում, որում կհամոզվենք նաև մենք ինքներս»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց պատգամավորը:
Գագիկ Մելիքյանը նշեց, որ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագծի քննարկումների ընթացքում հնարավոր եղավ ապահովել քաղաքական կոնսոլիդացիա: «Ես համոզված եմ, որ այդ կոնսոլիդացիան կշարունակվի նաև հանրաքվեի ընթացքում հանրության շրջանում, քանի որ Ազգային ժողովում մեծամասնություն կազմող բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերն «Այո»-ի գաղափարը պաշտպանեցին և իրենց առաջարկներով փոփոխություններ մտցրեցին նաև առաջարկվող նախագծում»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀԿ խմբակցության քարտուղարը:
Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ այն փոփոխությունները, որոնք սահմանադրական նախագծում իրականացվել են սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովի կողմից, բավարարում են քաղաքական ուժերին և այն անհատ ու որոշ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին, ովքեր ներկայացրել են առաջարկներ: «Պետք է նշեմ, որ այդ առաջարկները մեծաքանակ էին, որոնց մեծ մասն հանձնաժողովի կողմից ընդունվել է»,- եզրափակեց պատգամավորը:
