Այս հնարքը մտածել են ֆրանսիացիները. երբ մատուցողը սննդատեսակների անուններ է թվարկում, ապա դուք դրանց ծանոթ չլինելով` ինքնաբերաբար հիշում եք վերջինի անունը և այն եք պատվիրում: Իսկ ավանդաբար վերջին ասվածն ամենաթանկ ուտեստն է լինում:
