Կաթիլային ոռոգման ծրագրով հողօգտագործողներին կտրամադրվեն տարեկան 2% տոկոսադրույքով, 3 տարի մարման ժամկետով վարկեր

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը նախօրեին աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Արմավիրի մարզ: Նախարարին ուղեկցել են ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզպետ Աշոտ Ղահրամանյանը, ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանը, ՀՀ ԷԵԲՊՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արսեն Հարությունյանը և պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք, տեղեկացնում է նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունը:
Նախարարը մասնավորապես այցելել է Ապագա, Երասխահուն, Արևիկ, Մրգաշատ համայնքներ, հանդիպել ֆերմերների հետ, լսել նրանց հուզող խնդիրները: Գյուղացիների հետ զրույցում նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը խորհուրդ է տվել անցնել կաթիլային ոռոգման` տեղեկացնելով, որ այդ նպատակով նախարարությունը պետական աջակցության ծրագիր է մշակել: Այս համակարգը հնարավորություն կտա արդյունավետ օգտագործել ջրային և հողային ռեսուրսները, շուրջ 40%-ով կրճատել ջրի ծախսը, ապահովել շուրջ 40% բերքատվության աճ, բերքի որակի բարելավում, ընդլայնել մշակովի հողատարածքները:
Ծրագրի շրջանակում հողօգտագործողներին կտրամադրվեն տարեկան 2% տոկոսադրույքով, 3 տարի մարման ժամկետով վարկեր:
«Կան հարցեր, որոնք կարելի է շատ արագ լուծել, կան հարցեր, որոնք երկարաժամկետ լուծումներ են պահանջում: Այս ամենի հետ մեկտեղ մենք դեպի առաջ ենք նայում, որպեսզի երկարաժամկետ առումով համակարգված ծրագրեր ներկայացնենք: Ջրային տնտեսության կոմիտեն, իհարկե, ունի ծրագրեր ոռոգման հարցերը բարելավելու նպատակով, սակայն ջուրը տարեցտարի պակասում է, և առանց կաթիլային համակարգի և նոր տեխնոլոգիաների մենք չենք կարողանա առաջ շարժվել, ինչի համար էլ նախարարության կողմից մշակվել են մատչելի վարկերի ծրագրերը»,- լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել է Իգնատի Առաքելյանը:
