Բրազիլիայի նախկին նախագահ Լուլա դա Սիլվան մեղադրյալ Է դարձել կոռուպցիայի վեցերորդ գործով

Դատավոր Սերժիու Մորոն բավարարել Է Բրազիլիայի դաշնային դատախազության դիմումը, որն ավելի վաղ պահանջել Էր կոռուպցիայի նոր մեղադրանքներ առաջադրել երկրի նախկին նախագահ Լուիս Ինասիու Լուլա դա Սիլվային: Որոշումն օգոստոսի 1-ին հրապարակվել Է դաշնային դատարանի կայքում:
Փաստաթղթի համաձայն, այդ գործով մեղադրանքներ են ներկայացվել նաեւ Odebrecht եւ OAS բրազիլական շինարարական ֆիրմաների սեփականատերերին ու նախկին ղեկավարներին, որոնք կասկածվում են կաշառքներ տալու մեջ:
Հետաքննության վարկածով կոռուպցիոն սխեմայում եղել Է Աթիբայա բնակավայրում (Սան Պաուլուի նահանգ) գտնվող առանձնատունը, որն իբր պատկանում Է նախկին նախագահին: Ինչպես պնդում Է մեղադրող կողմը, ընկերությունները 1,02 մլն ռեալ (320 հազար դոլար) են ծախսել տան վերափոխման համար:
Պետության նախկին ղեկավարը ժխտում Է իր մեղքը: Նախկին նախագահի հրապարակված հայտարարության մեջ ասված Է, որ Աթիբայայի առանձնատունը «չի պատկանում եւ երբեք չի պատկանել Լուլա դա Սիլվային»:
Սա արդեն վեցերորդ քրեական գործն Է, որի ֆիգուրանտը պետության նախկին ղեկավարն Է: Հուլիսի 12-ին դատարանը վճիռ Է կայացրել դրանցից մեկի վերաբերյալ՝ նախկին նախագահին մեղավոր ճանաչելով կոռուպցիայի եւ փողերի լվացման մեջ եւ նրան դատապարտելով ինը տարի եւ վեց ամիս բանտային կալանքի: Նրան նաեւ արգելված Է պետական պաշտոններ զբաղեցնել 19 տարվա ընթացքում: Գանգատարկման քննության ընթացքում, որը տվել Է քաղաքական գործիչը, նա մնալու Է ազատության մեջ:
Սոցիոլոգիական հարցումների տվյալներով՝ չնայած կոռուպցիոն սկանդալներին, պետության նախկին ղեկավարը մեծ ժողովրդականություն Է վայելում որպես 2018 թվականի նախագահական ընտրությունների հնարավոր թեկնածու, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
